В номере было достаточно чисто, имелись полотенца с тапочками и моющими средствами (мыло, гель для душа). В шкафчике находился сейф. Так же в номере присутствовал платный мини-бар и пара бутылок чистой воды с чайником и пакетированным чаем. Балкон выходил на реку, на балконе имелась уличная мебель и освещение. Перед входом в отель имеется кафе, посетителей кафе ночью на втором этаже было слышно, несмотря на закрытую балконную дверь. В душевой не было полочки для личных моющих средств.Кровать была довольно маленькая (около 140 см в ширину). Персонал был очень приветлив, несмотря на то что плохо говорили на русском всегда старались понять. Пару слов о завтраке: довольно разнообразно и вкусно, было даже национальное блюдо Грузии - хачапури по мегрельски. В кафе перед входом готовят отличную пиццу со хрустящей корочкой, так же хочется отметить что там работают улыбчивые и приятные официанты.

Underwood is an amazing family-owned, newly built hotel located at the heart of Borjomi, very close to the historic park and affordable at the same time. A warm welcome during the check-in was crucial for making a positive first impression. Check-in/check-out was easy and quick. The room was super clean, spacious, fresh, and equipped with AC, a minibar, tea cattle, an insect screen, and all the necessary amenities. It had a nice balcony looking to the forest at the back side. Breakfast was somewhat worth mentioning, very good, with nice variety of food, fresh bread, tasty local honey, and amazing crispy home-baked cookies. The owner, Dimitri is amazing person, a true example of hardworking guy who is doing his best to show Georgian hospitality, always ready to host guests with coffee and his home-made wine. Overall, underwood is the best combination of high quality, good service, best location, and affordable price.

Really enjoyed our trip to Brojomi and the hotel we stayed into. Great location, amazing staff, tasty food. They are pets-friendly, the view from our window was gorgeous. We will definitely stay here again :)

The room is cleaned very good The staff are friendly all of them night shift in charge & day shift The amazing view ,location & design are added to the place The only bad thing if you have old man/woman Couldn’t go through the stairs you have to ask for 1 floor room since there’s no elevator

Cozy and clean rooms, friendly staff and a tasty breakfast. I want to mention original bathroom view. The hotel is near Borjomi park and it is ideal for foot walk lovers. I recommend this place to stay

We stayed at the hotel for 1 day but we had a good experience. Our stay was comfortable, the staff was friendly and provided all the required details. The downfall is only that the property does not have a lift. The breakfast is good and has minibar in the rooms. WIll recommend the hotel for a stay in Borjomi :)

The hotel is near central park and if you like the walks near the river, it is a perfect place. Cozy, pet friendly, friendly staff, clean, special attention to the shower design))). Morover, the food in the restaurant is delicious on the first floor of the hotel. If you are looking for a small hotel with a good location for you and your family, that is the best chose.
