Hotel Vista Azul

I stayed in the hotel for a weekend with my sister and our kids. The hotel is old and need some updates but it was still in good shape. The entertainment was very nice. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. They had live music every day. The magic show was really good. They had a complementary trip in a mini bus to see the coast area in Aguadilla. We could not go because it was raining. We chose the all-inclusive offer. Even although it was not an all-inclusive like in DR or Mexico, they had different food options and a menu a la carte. We thought that the food was excellent. My only complaint would be that the service was slow and that they did not have waiters to go to our table to take the orders. Also, the common areas could have been a little bit more cleaner.

Horrible service to begin with. Manager un easy to deal with. Not friendly. Double book our room and literally kicked us out instead of keeping us in the same room for one more day. Rooms are very dreary. Unsupervised swimming pools with children unsupervised, restaurant we waited for almost two hours to eat, toilets in horrible conditions….will Not recommend this place.

Super bueno Excellent servicio servicio y limpieza 100 complacida. Vuelvo de nuevo. Los empleados han sido bien amables con nosotros , los gerentes bien atentos, la música excelente , bailamos comimos un montón, la pasamos extremadamente buen volvemos.

Very bad experience at this hotel. I do not recommend it. When we got to the room, the bathroom was so small it only fit one person at a time. The toilet handle didn't flush properly, it wasn't clean, and there were cockroaches (I have video evidence). Approximately 60% of the staff was untrained in customer service. Furthermore, they didn't wear name tags, making it impossible to know who we were dealing with. The food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was very repetitive, almost the same every day. On several occasions, both the food and coffee were cold. The "all-inclusive" advertising is misleading. At reception, there was no control or organization of the lines waiting to request services. The receptionist who served us threw our towels on the counter because we complained that they had served someone else who requested the same thing as us, even though we had been waiting much longer. On the day of our departure, they kept us waiting to order breakfast and never came to serve us. Muy mala experiencia en este hotel. No lo recomiendo. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, el baño era tan pequeño que solo cabía una persona a la vez. El "handle" del inodoro no funcionaba correctamente, no estaba limpio y había cucarachas (tengo video como evidencia). Aproximadamente el 60% del personal no estaba capacitado para atender a los clientes. Además, no llevaban identificaciones (name tags), lo que hacía imposible saber con quién estábamos tratando. La comida en el desayuno, almuerzo y cena fue muy repetitiva, casi lo mismo todos los días. En varias ocasiones, tanto la comida como el café estaban fríos. La publicidad de "todo incluido" es engañosa. En la recepción no había control ni organización en las filas de espera para solicitar servicios. La recepcionista que nos atendió nos tiró las toallas sobre el mostrador porque le reclamamos que habían atendido a otra persona que solicitó lo mismo que nosotros, pese a que llevábamos esperando mucho más tiempo. El día de nuestra salida, nos dejaron esperando para pedir el desayuno y nunca salieron a atendernos.
