Very cosy cottage "La Lepre Danzante", 2 storeys. 7 km from the centre of Borgomale, 1.5 km from the centre of Benevello, 12 km from the centre of Alba. For shared use: property 3'500 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with natural garden, meadow. Private: swimming pool (14 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 600 m, supermarket 1.5 km, railway station "Alba" 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog. 6-room semi-detached house 180 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, renovated in 2019, cosy furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace and TV. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC.
