Lovely hotel close to the airport with plenty of food options a short drive away. Rooms were immaculate and kitted out really well. We had to leave before breakfast however the staff gave us some fruit to take with us which was really kind. There is tea/coffee/hot chocolate available 24/7 - would definitely book again if in the area.

This was a lovely, clean property in a great location for all of our sightseeing. We stayed for five nights and four days. I’m pretty picky about hotels and really liked this place. There were two things though that didn’t sit well with me: 1) On days 1, 3 and 4, someone brought us clean towels and emptied the trash. On day 2, I had to ask for towels and asked when housekeeping would come in. I was told they would do an entire cleaning of the room on day 3. I was told the same thing when I asked again at the end of day 4. So, in 4 days and (by then) 4 nights, no one ever changed the bedding, made the bed, cleaned the bathroom, or vacuumed. That was odd and frustrating because all of that being done is what makes staying in a hotel a bit of a luxury, and surely must be a sizeable part of the price. We paid a few dollars less than $900 but--in the department of housekeeping--only got clean towels and emptied wastebaskets 3 times without having to ask; and 2) A couple of hours after we checked out and drove on to Lexington, I realized I had left a necklace and earrings hanging on a wall peg next to the bed. The hotel had my phone number and email address, but they never contacted me in an attempt to return them. Disappointing.

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Einchecken war einfach und das Zimmer war unverschämt! Walmart und Lebensmittelketten in der Umgebung. Meine Kinder lieben den Pool!

Es war schön, einen geräumigen Wohnzimmer und eine Küche zu haben. Es ist ruhig, aber es ist gut, um in der gewerblichen Gegend zu kaufen. Ich empfehle es.

This feels like a newer property and if this is a new layout for all Springhill Suites I will avoid them in the future. Here are the issues - Most Springhills have a counter area kitchenette. This one did not. It had a very small space for a fridge and microwave and that’s it. - There was no nightstand on one side of the bed. This is a HUGE inconvenience as there is no place to put eyeglasses, to put your phone, to keep a bottle of water. It costs so little to put a basic nightstand, why in earth choose not to do it - The toilet is in one very small space with a TINY sink. The shower is in a completely different room. I have never seen this before and it was very inconvenient - The wife was not working properly during our stay. I tried for 15 minutes to log in and it never worked. Walked down to the front desk and was told they were having issues and they told us a code to use for log in. First of all, if they knew there were issues they should have told us when we checked in. Secondly, the code did not give me the higher speed internet I am supposed to get for free as a Platinum member of their rewards program. Finally, the internet service was noticeably slow at times during our stay. - The pillows on the king bed were also very small. I’ve never seen hotel pillows this small before. Another terrible place to be cutting cost - on the Bonvoy App, it allows you to make special requests before arriving. We requested 2 days xtra pillows and an extra bottle of lotion via the app. The pillows would have been especially helpful given the miniature size of the pillows on the bed. This hotel COMPLETELY IGNORED those requests. I will say the folks at the front desk were friendly and the hotel is in a convenient location. My wife and I are having a house built in the area and had this hotel been acceptable, we would have stayed there in all our future trips during the 6-8 months of construction. However, given how they have cut corners on the room layout and amenities, and the fact that they ignored our requests made via the app, I have already booked another hotel for our upcoming trip

Staff was very friendly, courteous. and they even baked cookies for our crew after we came in too late to go out to eat. Adriane and Jeff were over the top. We will definitely come back when we go to the Ark/ Creation Museum. Rooms were great, very clean and they welcomed our little shiatzu.

Sehr zufrieden mit Holiday Inn CVG in Erlanger. Wünschte einen qualitativen Aufenthalt in der Nähe des Flughafens, mit einem ausgezeichneten Bewertungsrekord... das ist, was ich gefunden! Zimmer auf dem 4. Deck war groß, sauber, komfortabel und ruhig. Großes Badezimmer, komfortable King-size-Bett. Das Abendessen im Restaurant auf der Website war geschmackvoll und vernünftig, Frühstücksburrito war ausgezeichnet. Service von allen war großartig. Gut wert, den Aufenthalt als InterContinental Ambassador!

Es gibt eine Garderobe, das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Zimmer verfügt über eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank. Frühstück 3-4 Sorten Brot, kein Gemüse, einfache Gerichte wie gedünstete Eier, es gibt einen Shuttlebus-Shuttle, der früh am Morgen abfährt, zu spät zum Frühstück, die Rezeption bereitet ein einfaches Frühstück für Sie zu Wasser mitzubringen , Obst, Haferflocken, sehr nachdenklich.
