Ich hatte einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt im Hostel. Ein super angenehmes Chalet, in der Nähe des Zentrums, um die Mobilität zu erleichtern und weit genug, um Ruhe und Privatsphäre zu haben. Der Chalet ist sehr komfortabel, Bettwäsche und qualitativ hochwertige Handtücher, ruhig, mit allem, was wir brauchen, um nach einem Tag langen Spaziergang zu entspannen. Sie hat immer noch einen wunderschönen Pool, das ich dieses Mal nicht für völlig Zeitverschwendung verwendet, aber ich werde zurück und ich werde viel genießen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr lecker sogar. Frisches Frühstück serviert in der Zeit, die wir zusammen, genau auf unsere Geschmack gemacht. Alles, was wir brauchen, wurde uns schnell beantwortet, bis spät. Very nice and attentive staff at the restaurant. Comfortable large beds. Curtains that block the light completely. On the negative side - Be prepared to arrive for a late afternoon check in, with extra slow, untrained front desk service, and no help with your suitcases and finding your room in the dark (no resort maps available). The rooms face each other and don’t have a set of sheer curtains. When you’re in the room you have to close the blackout curtains and no light comes in. No closet in the room. Instead, there’s a bar with three hangers and a shelf in the bathroom. No drawers. The bathroom has no windows. Anything you wash and hang in the bathroom will never dry. Bathrooms have three extremely loud exhaust fans each. Housekeeping routinely cleans empty rooms and leaves the exhaust fans on (together with the lights). Be prepared to hear exhaust motors all night. We realized what the noise was after two difficult nights, and had them turned off in the neighboring room. Terrible room maintenance: Upon arrival, we noticed that the phone in the room wasn’t working and we had that changed. The showers have a rubber strip on the floor to keep the water from flooding the bathroom. Half of our rubber strip was missing. Maintenance said it would be replaced the next day, but this never happened because they had to order the piece. The front desk asked us to change rooms, which would have been work for us, but housekeeping found a bandaid solution by wrapping a towel in a plastic bag and using that to dam the water in the shower stall. One leaky sink, and the other stopped up - never fixed despite two calls to the front desk which leads me to: Terrible front desk service (and not just checking in). We once forgot a bikini that was left out to dry on a bench near the front door. We noticed on the road and called the front desk to have someone put it in the room for us, and it was still on the bench when we returned in the afternoon. Be prepared to come back to your room at 5:05pm after a long day of activities, to find that housekeeping didn’t clean your room. Then call the front desk and nothing happens. The solution was to speak to the manager of the front desk, who personally brought the one and only housekeeper on duty that tends to emergencies after 5pm. Had to help her to do the bed in order to speed things up. Such a shame because I was here twenty years ago and it used to be an excellent hotel. Will not return, as there is now a better option available.

Das Hotel ist gut, aber ich bezweifle, ob es als vier Sternen eingestuft werden sollte. Die Zimmer sind nicht geräumig, das Restaurantmenü (für Mahlzeiten) ist beschränkt und die Teamservice ist gut, nichts außergewöhnliches. Die Hotelarchitektur ist differenziert und interessant, aber die Klimaanlage der Zimmer ist über der Eingangstür ausgeschlossen, was zu einem unbehaglichen Lärm während der gesamten Betriebszeit des Geräts führt (Sie müssen entscheiden, zwischen Schlafen mit angenehmer Temperatur und Lärm oder mit Raumtemperatur und Schweigen). Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Zimmertelefon (nicht funktionierte) und ich habe zweimal Wartung gebeten. Nichts wurde getan. Die Lage ist großartig für alle, die ins Zentrum gehen wollen.

Hotel Bom, há 3 quadras do centro da cidade, lençóis brancos e de ótima qualidade, toalhas claras e limpas, quarto cheiroso, ar condicionado, frigobar livre, chuveiro com bastante água, piscina grande. Funcionários gentis e educados. Café da manhã espetacular, com muita variedade. A funcionária Cris, faz um delicioso bolo de chocolate. Destaque também pra Ariane, que é um amor de pessoa. Recomendo esse hotel.
