Such a beautiful place to stay, immersed in nature. My family and i would stay there again if we visit Bonito again. We particularly enjoyed their breakfast thats included with the value. We found the cottage spacious as well. Definitely recommend

If you want to stay in an eco-friendly hotel in Bonito, you should stay at Hotel Pousada Arizona. We, as tourists, need also to protect the environment by staying in a hotel that allows a bird like this toucan in the pictures (taken at the hotel) to have a habitat full of trees (not these cold hotels without nature), despite being close to Bonito's downtown (just some minutes walking). The hotel is cozy, charming, spacious, gorgeous, and incredibly clean. The breakfast is amazing, and the staff is extremely professional and friendly (especially Luan who stays during the day). I can't find words to describe how pleasant it was to stay at this hotel, which deserves much more than five stars, it is just incomparable. No doubt to stay in this hotel on my next trip to Bonito/MS.

Hotel muito bom...café da manhã ótimo , e caso não queira sair tem Refeições de almoço e janta fora a parte uma delícia tbem. Parque infantil com cama elástica, escorregador.... e um redario ao lado para descanso..muitas árvores...tudo bem limpinho Funcionários 10....

No dia 13/04/2024 realizei uma reserva para os dias 14/06/24 ao dia 18/06/24 no valor total de 2200,00, realizando o pagamento da entrada de 660,00. No dia 17/05/24 resolvi cancelar essa reserva e solicitei o cancelamento de estadia e o reembolso, ja entrei em contato varias vezes e as respostas foram que o financeiro nao estava no trabalhando ou que iam me dar um retorno mas até a presente data 26/06/24 nao realizaram a devolução.

Ficamos hospedados nesse hotel e tivemos uma excelente experiência, quartos confortáveis, excelente café da manhã, funcionários extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, tivemos a sorte de em um dos dias presenciar uma revoada de tucanos algo inédito para nós. Acho que foi uma excelente opção de hospedagem.

Café da manhã padrão, quartos um pouco antigos, piscina ótima e um lindo paisagismo por toda a pousada. Lugar tranquilo e com muitas aves. Staff educado e prestativo. Boa opção em relação ao custo x benefício. Possui estacionamento nos fundos.

O hotel é extremamente aconchegante. Um cantinho muito charmoso e harmonioso. É um local muito bom para receber crianças e também viajantes solos. A decoração rústica e os chalés são muito bem cuidados. Toda equipe é extremamente simpática e receptiva. Muito atenciosos e prontos para responder a qualquer dúvida. Super indico.

Minha hospedagem de 7 dias foi maravilhosa. Lugar lindo, repleto de natureza, comida boa e atendimento atencioso. Tudo impecável e com agência de turismo dentro da pousada que me orientou sobre passeios na região. Limpeza do quarto em dia e ambientes sempre organizados. Um lugar perfeito pra estar só ou em família/amigos.
