Older type hotel, and furnishings which I didn't mind, it was comfy and cozy and our room had nice views, the breakfast was excellent- worth paying extra for, so many choices, the staff were lovely and accommodating. We used the pool/steam room but sadly it was being closed down the end of that day- needs lots of work on it, shame they aren't refurbishing the pool/spa. Overall would definitely stay here again

Freezing cold room, but the radiator wouldn't stop making the expanding/contracting noise all night. Getting out of bed to a freezing cold room and having to get dressed in the bathroom after the shower/steam warmed it up is far from ideal. I chose this over a cheaper option that I stayed at nearby that was miles better. Very disappointed.

Stayed here for the one night with my daughter and her 2 friends in a family room, although quite 80’s dated the room was clean, would have liked a complimentary biscuit on the room tea and coffee tray. The girls enjoyed the pool area and i enjoyed the bubbles of the jacuzzi. The food at breakfast was lovely and plentiful with a whole variety to suit all dietary requirements. The asset of the hotel is the staff… both receptionists, the lady waiting on in the breakfast dining room and the gentleman in the health club were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you 😁 we will be back as the price paid was great value for the 4 of us.

stayed here aftee a function. rooms are OK. had a problem with room next to me which was sorted straight away. breakfast wasn't great

Not bad for basic comfort . Clean and quiet but the sanitary wares are old
