Каждый путешественник знает, что наиболее интересные места в городах с древней историей находятся, как правило, в центре. Именно здесь расположены отели самых известных брендов и с соответствующей статусу этих брендов ценой. И в этом смысле бутик-отель Casa Faccioly — лучшее место в Болонье! Соотношение цена/качество — наиболее оптимальное. Локация - в двух минутах от Площади Нептуна и Большой площади, в другую сторону - 2 самые известные падающие башни, т.е. выйдя из парадного входа, вы сразу окунетесь в атмосферу средневекового города с его дворцами и аркадами. В комнатах бутик-отеля имеется все необходимое для жизни путешественника, убираются в комнатах каждый день. Завтрак — в кафе за углом представлен в 4-х вариантах, на разный вкус, но каждый из вариантов довольно сытный, причем за такую цену подобного завтрака в любом из ближайших кафе вы не найдете! Но главное все же не это. Поднявшись в отель, вы попадаете в атмосферу заботы и внимания, которую не сравнить с обычными отелями. Подход — индивидуальный к каждому гостю, возникающие проблемы решаются быстро, причем делается даже то, что формально в услуги отеля не включено. Филиппо, Массимо, Татьяна делают все, чтобы вы смогли полностью погрузиться в свои дела и не заботились обо всем остальном! Особенно приятно, что Татьяна - русскоговорящая по рождению, что в условиях дефицита русского языка в Италии очень приятно и ценно! Желаем отелю процветания, а его персоналу — счастья и здоровья! Fantastic location, right next to piazza maggiore. Parking 150 meter from hotel, st pierre in via carbonara. Rooms are at the 4th floor of this historic building. Reception open from 15, if you arrive early, you can leave luggage as they will text you a code. Spacious room, good bed, large bathroom with fancy shower. Coffee maker, but no tea… to me, it is more an airbnb kind of place, but for sure really nice. What is not the best: airco is noisy and, depending on your room, a bit of street noise as there are bars and restaurants everywhere. All n all, for sure recommended.

We had an excellent stay. We had a corner suite with amazing views of the towers. The bed was excellent and next store was their massage rooms and we had an amazing couples message. The staff was great and parking instructions were perfect. It is a "micro-hotel" which is common in Italy. We also stayed in similar accommodations in Florence and La Spezia. The rooms are in suites in a building with offices and apartments. Also it is not really a bed and breakfast. If you select breakfast they will furnish with coupons for a restaurant. We did not select this option. The room had a Nespresso machine, biscuits and a fridge.

This is a wonderful place, right in the center of Bologna. I don't think there's any better spot. Filippo is a wonderful host! When arriving early of leaving late, one can store the lugguge in the hotel. The suggestions Filippo gave us were all great. Room and bathroom were spacious, bed very good and everything very clean. When returning to Bologna I will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Filippo!

This lodging is in the top floor of an otherwise unmarked building on a pedestrian street off Piazza Maggiore. It is ultra-private - only 4 rooms total. We never saw a soul, not even a receptionist (we checked in online). The room was large and sunny with plenty of room for our luggage, and the bathroom was equally large. No tub, just a nice shower. My husband has trouble walking, and this location turned out to be a real boon. An elevator takes you to the top floor rooms, with only a few additional steps. The proximity to Piazza Maggiore can’t be beat. Many of Bologna’s attractions are there, as are the tourists buses which will whisk you further afield. You don’t have to walk more than 3 minutes for a good meal. Taxi stand at the corner of the Piazza across the street. Despite its proximity to the city center, it was quiet. It’s billed as a B&B, but no breakfast was to be found. Good coffee maker in the room and a few biscuits, though. Cafes abound nearby. Highly recommend for someone who has limited mobility (but can manage a few stairs).

We this perfectly located property in the heart of Bologna for four nights and could not have been happier with the choice. The hotel is located extremely close to the Piazza Maggiore so you are near to all the major attractions and restaurants etc. The rooms themselves were large by European standards, extremely clean and well maintained. The two rooms with balconies were outstanding with amazing views. The host Filippo was very pleasant, provided some introductory background on the property and area and went out of his way to try and make sure that we were always happy. While the lack of a 24 hour on-site presence may be a concern for some, I did not feel that it was an issue for us as Filippo was on site for a number of hours per day and easily reachable by phone. I would highly recommend this property for anybody looking to spend a few days enjoying Bologna.

The Giulia Suite was large, comfortable and clean ~ just lovely! Nice size room, separate large bathroom and a covered balcony. Filippo was an awesome host ~ very kind and gracious. The location is perfect ~ right next to Piazza Maggiore. Highly recommend.

Amazing. The location, the size, the terrace. The photo’s do not to this room justice. The location is right in the middle of everything, feet from the piazza maggiore, when you step outside you can see the Cathedral and the towers, the restaurants are just around the corner, great for dropping stuff off/using the restroom it’s that close. The size, this is a big the bedroom with a safe, fridge, power converter etc., the bed is a king and very comfortable more firm then soft and 4 good pillows. The bathroom is very large with a rain shower and hose with everything you need including hairdryer and such. The terrace with a spectacular view of two smaller towers and red tiled roofs, there is a covered and uncovered section, perfect place to relax. Communication with Pilippo was easy and response was fast. This is an older building with old world charm and across between a B&B and hotel, room is cleaned daily at 11am. Entrance is on the left side of the building, huge brown doors, 3rd floor and there is an elevator. We would definitely stay here again.
