Wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof, sowie von der Piazza Maggio entfernt. Einfaches, aber schönes und vor allem sauberes Zimmer. Kleines Bad, aber dafür mit Duschkabine und nicht nur einem Duschvorhang wie man es in Italien leider oft antrifft. Für italienische Verhältnisse üppiges Frühstücksbuffet, was man auch nicht immer so antrifft – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Supernettes und freundliches Personal. Hotel absolut zu empfehlen. Kommen seht gerne wieder.

Sehr zentralgelegenes Stadthotel in der verkehrsberuhigten Innenstadt von Bologna. Parkmöglichkeiten kostenpflichtig in der Tiefgarage in unmittelbarer Hotelumgebung. Das KFZ–Kennzeichen wird vom Hotelpersonal erfasst, um die Einfahrt in die verkehrsberuhigte Zone kostenfrei zu beantragen. Sehr viele gute Restaurants, Bars und Cafés sowie Einkaufsgelegenheiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Das sehr schöne Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt gefiel uns ausnehmend gut in Ambiente und Lage, und auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kann man nur lobend erwähnen. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und sauber, ebenso wie das große, sehr schön ausgestattete Badezimmer. In dem ruhigen Raum und den bequemen Betten schliefen wir einfach wunderbar. Und auch das freundliche Personal und das Frühstück erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen in Qualität und Auswahl. Genau genommen, gibt es nur einen kleinen Grund, keine "ausgezeichnet Bewertung" zu vergeben. Die immense Lautstärke wegen Besteck-und Geschirrklappern an der Bar und im Frühstücksraum war doch ziemlich störend.

The room was average. But the Air Con wasn’t working and the staff at reception weren’t that helpful. There were no working English channels to watch on the TV. Breakfast was average with a basic enough selection. The hotel was well situated between the train station and the main square.

ZenHotels is purely a FAKE Hotel booking site. Its really a cheating site, taking all our money. BE CAREFUL. Here is my story. I booked a resort stay (Morpho resorts in Badami, Karnataka, India) through ZenHotels. When I went to the resort, there was no booking available. The resort never tied up with ZenHotels. I had to book again and pay for my stay. I tried calling ZenHotels support number. It got connected to Cyprus country. The support guy (Andrew) took all the details like booking id, amount paid etc. However, he didnt want to reveal any information and disconnected the call. Till now, no response in spite of reaching out multiple time. Finally, I didnt get any mail / communication further about my booking / payment. Its really a cheating site, taking all our money. BE CAREFUL.

Recently traveled and stayed 3 nights here with our two children ages 12 and 9. They put us in a suite so the kids had their own room (not with a door -but still had their own space) which was nice. The room was clean and during the heatwave that we were having, the air conditioning was wonderful! It worked very well and we are from Florida so we KNOW good AC. The front desk was lovely. Walk to old town was easy as well as to the train station. The breakfast was simple but lovely. This is not a luxury hotel but bathroom is updated. No real toiletries are provided for those who like separate shampoo and conditioner and had soap. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise it was a very nice experience. I would def recommend!

This was our second trip to Bologna from Australia, we booked a Double Room for 6 nights. Our breakfast was included in the price of the room we booked. This hotel offers a wonderful breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausages. Also the usual cheeses & cold cuts along with fruit juices, yogurts and cereals. Our room was comfortable, and the double glazing was great as our room faced the front over the street although set back from the street. The staff were helpful and polite. We would certainly stay again.

Great stay! Upon arrival, we were upgraded to the apartments. Though you didn't go through the main entrance to the hotel and had to walk around to the side of the building to enter, we did not have a problem with this and loved the spacious modern room. The market outside was going on when we arrived which got set up and torn down each day. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk after checking out which was very nice as we had to leave early for a tour!

Very inviting Hotel entrance with beautiful furniture. Rooms are all beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, lovely views from the ample bedroom windows and above all very clean. We booked 2 rooms as we are a family of 5. Generally, the staff were friendly and offered directions when we asked for them. The Hotel is approx an 8 min walk from the Bologna Centrale station. Very accessible and in the centre of Bologna. Love this place. We didn't stay long enough.... but my husband and I will be back.
