Positive side: The hotel is close to the Alona beach via the second hotel of the same brand. You can access to sunbed of the second hotel but not of the beach pool. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Improvement side: The noise isolation is low but remains acceptable. Buffet quality could be improved despite of a large range of food. For the same price, we think that we can discover others restaurants in the area. Next time. Final, we recommend

Im Allgemeinen gut! Aber vielleicht ist unser Zimmer weit weg, das ganze Hotel ist sehr groß und es dauert lange, an einen bestimmten Ort zu gelangen. Was am meisten inakzeptabel ist, ist, dass nur die Wassertemperatur ein Problem darstellt! Ich habe absichtlich eine Badewanne gebucht, weil ich gerne bade, und das Wasser wird warm, sobald ich es reinlege... Ich habe die Rezeption um Hilfe gebeten, und zwei verschiedene Leute kamen zu mir. Die endgültige Schlussfolgerung war, dass die Höchste Temperatur war so... Ich war sehr enttäuscht, und die Temperatur zum Baden mittags war sehr gut. Es ist heiß, aber nachts ist es völlig unmöglich, ein Bad zu nehmen☹️ Das Gesamterlebnis ist jedoch sehr gut. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und enthusiastisch. Das Hotel verfügt über komplette Einrichtungen. Das Spa ist sehr komfortabel, das Buffet ist in Ordnung und man kann lange im Schwimmbad spielen.

Alles war gut, aber Es gab einige Unannehmlichkeiten, da es sich noch im Bau befand. Obwohl es ein Neubau war, war der Duschfilter sofort schmutzig. Das Schlimmste ist, dass die Schalldämmung am schlechtesten ist. Das Gebäude ist U-förmig und ich wurde durch den Lärm aus dem Zimmer nebenan geweckt, in dem ich um 3 Uhr morgens eincheckte. Es war sehr laut, da es einen Echoeffekt gab. Ein Problem sind auch die Leute im Nebenzimmer, die früh morgens eincheckten und Lärm machten. Baulich war die Schalldämmung zu schwach. Bis auf ein paar Mängel war es wirklich gut.

Having our wedding at Bellevue Resort was definitely the best choice! Our wedding was delayed by Covid for 3 years and there were a few staff changes and Sheila Baldo has picked up where the last events manager left off without a hitch. She was always available, polite and open to ideas. We looked around at other venue options and the beach front privacy and luxe experience Bellevue offers are incomparable. What we love most about the event was the food which was above and beyond the expectation for a buffet - it certainly tasted like fine dining, the attention to details and the execution of everything we have agreed on. My family and I have had such a great time spending our wedding and holiday/reunion in Bellevue. The daily breakfast buffet options were always exciting and cater to locals and foreigners alike. The koi pond is always a hit - you can do fish feeding, and I never tire walking past them. During our 5 day stay, they always have a quiet event at their beach front which says a lot about them being a very good choice as an events space for your important occasions. Some nights they had a live band to serenade diners at the restaurant. The staff - they are unbelievable! They were quick, accommodating, friendly and always at your service. What needs improvement on, however, was their spa and their massage therapists. We spoke to Drew, the manager, and plans to remedy this were actually on the way! I guess next time, we will have to try this out!

Sehr schöne Entdeckung. Sehr gemütlich und aufmerksam Personal. Ideal gelegen in Equidistance der wichtigsten Attraktionen der Insel (Chocolate Hills, Loboc River, Tarsier Sanctuary, etc.). Bien noter qu'il n'y a qu'un bloc sanitaire commun et pas de point d'eau ni WC dans les tents (très spatiuses). Le seul point regrettable est l'absence de vrai restaurant à proximité. Il faut se rendre en scooter (location conseillée) au petit centre-ville où l'on trouve quelques vendeurs de brochetes pas toujours appétitantes. Sur ce point sachez qu'il est possible de demander un barbecue avec de la viande et des légumes au personnel de l'établissement. Un restaurant devrait prochainement ouvrir dans l'enceinte. No doubt this is a beautiful location with amazing views. The accomodation also very nice, clean, well appointed, good Wi-Fi, with all rooms with a view. Really nice swimming pool and surrounds to relax. In my opinion there are 4 main features to a memorable stay: 1. The ambiance of your surrounds 2. The comfort of your accomodation 3. The staff friendliness and attention to service 4. Food and other services. There is however one glaring issue that should be noted as missing from our stay- good food. To be honest I do understand the challenges to deliver fresh food all year and staffing issues that also come into play, but that is the establishment challenge to overcome either through smart menus design or innovative cooking (if no chef or staff can’t cook stay out of kitchen). The food we ate was just horrible, overcooked, looking as bad as it tasted with first mouthful . I make no mistake- the owner was very nice, welcoming as were her staff but I do feel sure the lack of attention to food quality and broader offerings will prevent people from coming or returning. I wish you all the very best and trust people will come as we did and enjoy the beautiful space and surrounds.

Very beautiful and tranquil location. Room was pretty basic, with one mattress and a wall fan. Could be quite hot during the day but fan does the job pretty well at night. You have to bring your own toiletries ‘cause they don’t provide any but bath towels. Service was really nice, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. Even gave us discounts on some of the river activities. You could also rent a motorcycle which is a must to tour Bohol. Wifi only works at the lobby/dining area, which is fine, cause mobile data works pretty well. Overall, very good stay, very beautiful river which is right in front of your accommodation.

We booked two different rooms for the 2 nights we stayed (as that was all that was available) - a superior room and a deluxe room (paddy view). The deluxe paddy view room was spectacular and the view is amazing. The bathrooms in each of the rooms are outside so be prepared to encounter a few bugs/spiders. The hotel itself is wonderful, the food at the restaurant is delicious and caters very well for vegetarians! The hotel also offers tours, we took the firefly tour and we absolutely loved it.
