Friendly staff and helpful. Breakfast is much better in compare with the one I stayed on Mexico.

Everything was great. Breakfast was great, quiet rooms, great service but please your food menu needs better quality, the breakfast was great but at lunch or dinner the menu food quality was the worst in my stays in Colombia

The hallway smelt of sewage all the time during our stay. Had to call front desk and housekeeping numerous times for them to do anything. No toiletries provided. The stay is always great, this time however I had to wait for 45min for the shuttle at the airport, never had to wait this long before.

Book this for my mom and brother and they loved the property. Convenience in location from the airport, great food, great customer service and room were clean and comfortable. Offer airport pick up and drop off service for a good price or there are scheduled free bus services.

Double booked for hotel. Trip.com and hotel both refuse to make this right. Neither will ever see any business from me again. Ohh, and the hotel sucks.

房間寬敞，早餐豐富，前台服務人員很熱情，最重要的是離機場近。就幾分鐘車程， 不足的是機場接送每小時一班。

整體環境還是不錯的，接機服務也很周到，離機場很近，適合差旅出行，自助早餐也很豐盛，值得入手的一個酒店選擇。

房間很舒服，因為航班非常早，前台貼心的幫忙裝好了早餐。離機場很久，很早就有車能接單，走路去機場不現實

這家酒店，裝修很不錯，衞生也很乾凈，服務很好，很熱情，酒店餐廳的味道也不錯，位置很便利，性價比很高，推薦！
