I made several reservations with this Ena hotel at *******. As ******* changes their prices on a daily basis, I was cancelling and rebooking again to get the best price. This is normal practice, as travel sites do change their prices often. Nevertheless, I was contacted by this hotel on early Sunday morning and the guy shouted at me "You made a few reservations with us!" I asked him what's the problem, then he suddenly DEMANDED that I cancel my final reservation with them. I told him that I won't cancel and that he needs to change the tone of his voice, and he literally responded with "I will report you to ******* as you are insane". I don't know if this is a normal way for this hotel to communicate or just the specific employee's brain melted that day... but it doesn't matter, really. This was an outstandingly bad, rude attitude to a customer, that caused problems where no problem existed. Don't be misled by how nice the hotel looks like on pictures. Treat yourself by staying out of this place, unless you like sudden rude attitude by a hotel management. I am so upset with them that will never choose this hotel again and will give them a fame by all means possible that they won't recover from ever.
