You can look forward to relaxing in a large (3280 sq ft) home where everything was selected for your comfort and enjoyment.Just out the front door, you'll find the Shorttail Gulch hiking trailhead, which leads to a 0.5 mile trail down to a secluded beach. If you prefer to stay on pavement, you'll be treated to stunning views in every direction as you walk around this peaceful neighborhood. Deer, rabbits, and quail are all part of the local community, as well as a group of grazing dairy cows across the street to the east.After a day spent at the beach, wine-tasting, or local sightseeing, your group may return home to stunning sunsets, viewed either from one of the decks or through the large picture window in the living room. Located in South Bodega Harbor, this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is a short walk to the beach and the club house. Once in the house, visitors will find a beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms all on one level. Front deck has fantastic views of the bay. The back deck includes a hot tub and gas Weber BBQ.
