The best of the best, this is one of the best places that I beset in my life.The natural is so amazingThe treat of the people is great,everything is so magical and majestic, thanks to all the people to attend me.. I wish see you soon. I really recommend this place for everyone who want to have the natural experience in his life. We don't have to many more about them in the world. I guess maybe I don't. Know I can't tell you, you know, see everyone. They're one of the best place to have you. And 2 things, or people put some of the world I wish to see you seem related to move this basically number one too.

We are a mixed group of travellers from the UK, Canada, USA and Portugal. We wanted to experience the local around the area. Alejandro Brand the hotel GM offered to show us around the Mayari Arriba village, on the way we went to see the hotel horses and stables, cattle grazing amongst the coffee plantation. Visiting the farmers market and taking a horse and coach ride back to the hotel. A wonderful experience. Dougie (UK) and Bob (Canada).

IS A GREAT PLACE. THE ROOMS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE. THE STAFF IS VERY NICE. WE HAD A VERY SPECIAL DAY. WE FELT WELL TAKEN CARE OF. NATURE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL THERE AND WHAT WE LIKED THE MOST WAS THE POOL AND THE PEASANT'S HOUSE. AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE THAT CAN UNDOUBTEDLY BE REPEATED AGAIN IN THE COMPANY OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Staff friendly but not helpful. I’m waiting ready 20 minutes Contact the manager of the reception the reason of my apartment entering so many animals balcony with the snakes. I’m trying to change my room because I can’t relax. I will stay another few days. I don’t know how I will relax in this place.

great out of the way hotel in the mountains, very beautiful, quiet, relaxing and romantic, clean, good food, not staffed 24 hours but lobby bar is always open. Clean rooms, great staff, very much enjoyed.

Lugar maravilloso, la experiencia fue fenomenal. El contacto con la naturaleza es el principal atractivo del lugar: los caballos, las aves, la flora del lugar constituyen un tesoro que los trabajadores han sabido conservar. El trato muy profesional, el servicio personalizado desde los recepcionistas incluido su jefe, las camareras y los dependientes gastronómicos, sin duda alguna nos pueden esperar nuevamente, nuestra próxima visita es ya un hecho. Felicidades a todos, me siento muy agradecido y más que eso complacido con el calor humano que me hicieron experimentar.

El hotel se encuentra en medio de un entorno totalmente natural, las habitaciones son fascinantes con vistas espectaculares a la montaña..cuando te asomas al balcón sientes que la montaña esta encima de ti. Super limpias la habitaciones, el servicio y personal muy atento, muy profesional Maikel en la barra del lobby para mí es una experiencia que debo repetir nuevamente.

La estancia en el hotel fue muy buena, me he tomado el mejor mojito de mi vida con el señor Maikel el la barra del lobby. El hotel tiene muy buenos lugares para el descanso y tranquilidad, las excursiones a la montaña fueron muy buenas a pesar que me cansaron un poco, pero lo pasé genial.

Ha sido uno de mis lugares favoritos. Viste ese hermoso lugar con el objetivo de descansar y despejar un rato. Escapara de la rutina diaria y no me equivoque en escoger este hermoso lugar, las habitaciones son muy acogedoras y limpias, el servicio es muy bueno y el equipo de recepción sin igual.. todos muy dispuestos y serviciales..
