Long term tenants do live on the first floor. They are quiet and respectful.Your stay comes with an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has it's own two-sink bathroom and walk-in closet and pack-n-play with fitted sheet.There's a TV in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. There is a washer and dryer included in your stay.When you arrive at the house you will can enter up one flight of stairs with keyless entry. Once inside, you can enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room, the back porch with grill, or out by the fire pit.Inside you'll find a fully stocked coffee bar. We provide specialty coffee roasted just for our guests. We provide a great selection of teas.The kitchen is also well stocked to cook almost any meal you would desire. Oscar Frazier Park and sports center is a 10 minute walk away. We also offer our guests a day pass to our beautiful beach-front resort on Hilton Head - complete with the largest pool on Hilton Head Island, a Tiki bar to grab drinks and a bite, and a beautiful beach on the Atlantic Ocean.
