A very special and secluded gem, views of saint Maarten. Fall a sleep at night with the sound of the waves. The space Casa Barbrolle (aka the Missoni Beach Shack) is my lovely authentic West Indian Style cottage in a very quiet and safe enclave on Anguilla. It is completely private and has wonderful views of the sea and St. Martin. This picturesque cottage is both charming and comfortable. Only a few minutes walk will find you on lovely Rendezvous Bay or at the ferry dock for easy access to Saint Martin. All guests also have access to the yacht club next door with it's own private beach, great for morning swim or sunset. There is a full kitchen, living room with a small dining table and a sleeper sofa, bathroom with shower and large comfortable bedroom with a king size bed which enjoys all the trade winds that Anguilla is known for and AC. A spacious porch with a 4 table dining table deck chairs allows you to enjoy your morning breakfast or cocktails while enjoying the view and the breeze. And a cozy cocktail set up of wicker armchairs. ( my favorite spot)The garden is very well maintained full of butterflies and hummingbirds. In the shed there are beach chairs, beach umbrellas and coolers for your beach adventures. Off season rate $175 High season rate $ 225 Other things to note The rates have been discounted because the little cottage is for sale with Property of Paradise. So there is a chance that I will contact you during your stay to see if they can show the cottage.
