I've been using Sangiro Lodge quite often over past three years, but am now reconsidering. It is easy to locate, staff are friendly etc. The maintenance and service has now become a problem. No 6 or 7 (I reported it but am not now sure of the number - look on your records) could not be locked from the inside so I had to rely on luck to ensure that there would be no unwanted visitors while asleep. Two nights later, I asked for another unit as I was not sure that the lock would have been fixed. (Think I got no 10 - it'll be on your complaints log). It had no bedside lamp, no soap in the bathroom (empty box only) and the shower has very little hot water and no adjustment. Unfortunately when I discovered this I was ready to shower and it was late, so I did not see fit to go the the office and ask for a different room. Also, where I could still get WI-Fi there a year ago, it no longer reaches the cabins. Your rates are not bad, but if your service stays that poor, I'll have to just pay more somewhere else.
