Wir waren Ende November für 8 Tage im The Art Hotel & Resort. Es ist ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit hervorragendem Service in den Restaurants, am Empfang, Housekeeping, einfach überall. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lobby lounge, Bikash bediente uns immer mit besonderer Aufmerksamkeit und war sehr sehr nett zu uns. Auch im Restaurant WU haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und können es nur empfehlen. Der Service war hervorragend und die bestellten Speisen einfach nur gut und so lecker. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

First of all I want to thank the hotel staff, they are the best people, the best service, excellent attitude, especially I want to thank my friends Eranda (Supervisor) and Indiga for their hospitality and friendship, and also a special thanks for the good room service, thanks to the cheefs for delicious food, thanks to the beautiful girls - waitresses, I wish these people only the best in life. A pleasant experience, small thingss need attention and if fixed definately value for money. It is a little out of the center of the city but in reality its not far. Bedrooms are good, size and can accommodate 3 adults easily. Facilities are clean and the staff response time to calls excellent. Try and get parking underground and more so in summer.

Really enjoyed the stay. Was suitable for children and families. Was quiet during the week we went and calm which we liked. Nice pool and nice small beach. The resturant edam was good. Jenny was so helpful and kind and catered to all our needs. Nothing was too much for her. Also John was very friendly and happy guy serving shisha. The man at the reception was very welcoming. All staff were respectful and kind. The room was very large, 2 bedrooms and very big lounge open space. Very clean and tidy. Comfy and clean bed and sheets. Really good stay in room 9811
