Eupepsia Wellness Center

On a cold winter weekend, the ladies of our family visited Eupepsia Resort. Imagine our delight to find heated toilets and an electric fireplace in each room. The pleasant, welcoming staff helped us ignore the weather. We started our morning in the well equipped gym or pool area. Pickle ball is available if desired. The yoga room is beautiful. Try to visit the room even if you do not do yoga. We all enjoyed at least one message. Each day ended with a cup of golden milk. We hope to return when the weather is warmer so we can walk the beautiful grounds.

A place that feels like home. It’s more than a spa experience, it’s a life transformation and I am able to reset and balance each time. It’s a place that takes you from your busy on the go life to a more laid back pace. You can feel the love from all the staff. I love all the hikes and the farm tour. When I was there they even named an adorable baby goat after me! The beds are amazing, the food is delicious and so filling, and the abhyanga massages are phenomenal. I look forward to my next visit very soon!

Not impressed with accommodations or spa services. Not sure if reviews are accurate. Nice place but no where near 5 stars closer to 2-3 stars. No phone in the room to call front desk, lots of overlap of staff doing multiple roles instead of expertise in one area. No central heating and air in rooms no slippers for the spa etc.

In addition to the excellent hospitality and the wonderful facility, the folks at Eupepsia were exceptional: the masseuses, the trainers, the chefs and the staff. We spent three days of utter relaxation. There were interesting choices for services and a wide variety of gym equipment to accommodate any one’s needs. We look forward to returning next year and are recommending Eupepsia to friends and family.

What an amazing and incredible first time experience for myself, 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters! All of us came to Eupepsia bringing our baggage with us and left with an incredible sense of peace and a calm demeanor that is still with us a month later. Everything here is tops! The serene landscape is so beautiful. Everything is immaculately clean! The most delicious, perfectly created vegetarian food I ever laid my eyes on was so delicious. I hope they will create a Recipe Book in the future. Each person of this community has a real, genuine loving heart for their guests, each other and life in general. The spa itself offers a wide variety of relaxation and phenominal Ayurvedic treatments that balance your being. Thank you so much for the best experience of my life Joana, Shivani, Tarek and Zahar, and all who give of themselves to make people welcome and comfortable at Eupepsia. The best Spa in the world!

Eupepsia offers the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The spa treatments helped my body to de-stress and rebalance. The staff fully explain the treatments, especially since I wasn’t familiar with the ayurvedic therapies, and will offer recommendations. I enjoyed the massages, facials, and salt float. With the relatively mild summer weather and beautiful grounds, I spent most of my spare time reading outside enjoying the mountain air and listening to the sounds of nature. The animals on the farm and greenhouses and gardens gave me even more opportunities to reconnect with nature. There is a fully outfitted gym, but I didn’t use it. The food was delicious. The vegetarian dishes were so creative, tasty, and filling – I wish they had a recipe book. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was clear that my goals to de-stress and rebalance was their top priority. After my visit, I felt restored and in a good mindset to resume the daily routine.
