Hotel Sheraton

We have just returned from a fantastic family weekend here. There was a large group of us (17 adults and 7 children) communication prior to our stay was great and any amendments we needed to make easily sorted. Rooms, food and majority of staff all excellent. We did have a slight issue with the compère being rude to us on one of the evenings; I spoke with management who dealt with it effectively. We come to this hotel at least once a year and can honestly say it’s one of the best you can find. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

We have been a couple of times to the sheraton. We have stayed in the king suite may 2024.it was a beautiful room but extremely hot even with fans on. This time we stayed in the princess suite which has air con and what a difference it makes. Room was always nice and cool. The hotel is nice and clean and the food was excellent, great breakfast and plenty of choice for evening meal which was always nice and hot. The entertainment at night was good. The staff were lovely, special mention for Laura, the waitress in the restaurant and resteraunt manager, cant remember her name. We are coming back at the end of September and staying in the new junior suite, hopefully not to hot then. We would come back again in summer but only if we could manage to book the princess suite with air con. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back again.

My husband & I got married abroad at the beginning of Sept 2024 so wanted a big family gathering to celebrate on our return. Alison & her team at Hotel Sheraton did not disappoint. They all went above & beyond to make our wedding weekend perfect. The food, the rooms, the entertainment and the staff were all 10/10. We had more than 40 family members from Glasgow staying at the hotel over the wkend. They could not praise the hotel enough & are hoping to make it a yearly thing at Hotel Sheraton. I want to say a massive thankyou to Alison who created the most gorgeous wedding room for us & was on hand to help with everything from the moment we met her (Feb 2024) until the moment we all left the hotel. She was amazing.

Absolutely loved our stay everything was excellent from all the staff to the rooms the food was delicious and the pool looked amazing although we didn’t use it this time will definitely use it next time we visit! The bingo and evening entertainment was fabulous couldn’t fault a thing 10/10 for everything you really do go the extra mile can’t wait to book again. Thank you to everyone at The Sheraton

Just got home after our first Christmas at the Sheraton. Before we left we booked again for next Christmas. WE enjoyed everything about it. The food the staff the rooms. A special thanks to Dan & Sophie who looked after us in the restaurant. Room 208

We have just returned home from the Christmas House Party and all I can say is WOW, we have had the nost amazing Christmas, the hotel is immaculate in every way and team Sheraton are a credit to Liz. We met some wonderful people everyone was so friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we rebooked, for the next Christmas House Party before we left, and hope to sneak a weekend break or two in as well. Thank you Team Sheraton you are simply the best
