OYO Binglea Hotel

Hotel was in very poor condition and I am sure they were letting rooms for rent... cleanliness was poor, thought out it had a damp like smell when walking through the door.. room itself was poor quality all in all AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Better and cheaper hotels closer to town center.....

Booked this hotel on *********** . It was cancelled by OYO and we were told they had moved us to a nearby hotel, yes told! And it was 25 minutes walk away. We refused it and were told we could cancel the booking at our expense. Several heated messages later and a phone call to complain we were told we could have a refund and even then I had to contact *********** myself to get it! I wouldn't book anywhere with OYO again. Please note. We have been using *********** for many years both home and abroad with no problems.

Thoroughly unreliable, cannot be trusted. 2 Bookings made on 23rd June for the first weekend in August. *Paid for in full* Phone call received on 17th July cancelling one booking, with no reason given. Had to book new room, elsewhere, for higher price - yet Oyo appeared to accepting bookings for several days later. Even then, "accidents happen" we thought, but 2 weeks later on 31st July, received a WhatsApp cancelling the SECOND room - now stating due to decoration. Again, another room had to be found, this time with only a few days notice. Our group is now split up for our Holiday Break and had to pay more, through no fault of our own. If OYO allow their affiliates to operate like this, where *reservations paid up front hold no weight*, it's a chain we will actively avoid in future.

Stayed here one night in may the place is awful shelf hanging off the wall dirty had a terrible smell with it dont think windows had been cleaned since they were put in absolute rip off this place wants shutting down the owner said on arrival do you want a twin room as your two quite big people should have asked for my money back

Nice clean basic hotel lovely lady on reception didn't have breakfast but all looked clean and tidy 14 blokes on a stop over booked two single beds but got a double luckily I was sharing with close friend we are now even more closer we even had a shower together
