The hotel location wasn't good at all it's far from the beach. The hotel rooms were tiny and one of the rooms had water leakage. Shower water wasn't hot I have to wait 10 min to warm water to come. Also, they took £40 deposit even I paid the full amount for my stat online and it took 8 days to return back to my account. Overall, I would suggest not to stay this hotel ever...

We stayed at the woodland hotel for 1 night the room was tiny just enough room each side of the bed to walk up sideways there’s a funny musty smell in the building the sheets were clean but had a funny smell to them bed was small double breakfast was not worth £7.50 1 sausage 2 hash browns scrambled egg mushrooms (boiled) and beans NO BACON, I would not stay here again it’s definitely not worth the money

Had a very pleasant stay at the woodland. Rooms were basic but very clean. Can’t fault the rooms. Kyle the host was pleasant and if you approached and asked for something would always sort it. Breakfast was nice. Only gripe I would have is add a few more items but it still tasted nice. Would defo stay here again. Also location is ideal for tower and central attractions.

The room number 8 it's so tiny you can't move if your a large person. Can't fit in the bathroom I'd say more of a cupboard sink in the middle toilet & shower either side. Literally couldn't move. Shower looks like something from the war days. One plug socket kettle was in a dangerous place. Just awful. Wouldn't recommend it at all. Was that bad we only stayed 3 nights. When booked for 5 nights. Not sure I would even visit Blackpool again.

Omg give it a miss.... first things first....as soon as you enter the room you smell the drains! All night it stank, The window has a blind that doesn't fit properly , it has condensation all the time, paintwork / decor is abysmal, shower cubicle is disgusting, the bed is all springs... you can feel everyone of them! You hear running water when the neighbours run water or flush the loo. We stayed in room 5, and it cost £100 for 1 night. Avoid or waste your money! We were hoping Alex polizzi would turn up!

Having read many reviews on this hotel pleasantly surprised how nice it was Kyle was very nice upon arrival explained everything about the hotel, parking is round the back we had a small car so easy to manage £9 to park overnight just as cheap as local car parks, we stayed in room 8 on the top floor everything you need for a nights stay we did notice only 2 plug sockets but there is an extension lead in the draw bathroom small but for a quick shower ok, tea coffee ect Probably the best hotel we have stayed in Blackpool and would go again Local to all shops and beach front

First off, Kyle was very helpful and accommodating! The hotel is easily in walking distance to the central seafront. The room was very clean and all facilities that me n my partner needed. Breakfast provided if needed n keys to allow yourself in and out at any time. Very happy with our break. Thank you again Kyle.

Would not recommend this property freezing cold damp bedding pillows etc radiator did nothing paid parking £9 don’t bother have to get round back in tiny spot and doesn’t look safe !!! Up most night as I was very cold bathroom to small can’t have shower or get dressed in there bed was makeshift bed diy with wood screwed together damp on walls and breakfast not any better I sausage scram egg and teaspoon beans herb mushrooms and hash brown didn’t eat tasted like dirty grease they were cooked in
