We stayed at The Novello for 3nights this week for the October half term and what lovely owners run this little gem of a B&B. Very close for tower,sandcastle and much much more. The room was lovely with plenty of room for my daughter to play in everything was clean including the bedding and towels,there was a hairdryer in draw and also soap and shampoo in bathroom too,it was lovely and quiet at night and good decent beds too with feather pillows, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that there was tea&coffee making facilities in room to use it was also lovely and warm turned radiators off and on as we pleased and also FREE fast WiFi in all rooms too plus an added bonus was my little girl went for FREE too so very cheap 3day break away Thankyou Novello 👏👍 we will be back again soon 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Really enjoyed the stay and the warm welcome. The lodge is so well located. There are plenty of snacks and the bed was very comfortable. We were really pleased with our stay. We arrived late and fortunately we had someone at the reception available to welcome us and show us our room.

Arrived early to a cheerful greeting from owner Tony.. space made straight away in the free spaces in front of the hotel for our car… Checked in by the daughter in law (sorry forgot your name).. Tony returned , asked our names which he never forgot the whole of our stay..(nice gesture) & showed us to our room which was clean,compact & comfortable… We were ready to go out for the evening & it was absolutely pouring down . Tony’s son (Jay I think?)kindly offered to ring for a taxi for us & it arrived in minutes. (No just pointing numbers out on the notice board) Bed was really comfortable,no springs poking through haha & we slept really well. The whole hotel was beautiful & warm the whole of our stay.. Breakfast was spot on. Cooked to perfection & plenty of it. John asked for a drink of water with his & the second day there was another glass of water on the table ready for him (so thoughtful).. We came here as strangers & really felt like family when we left.. Thank you all for your hospitality,friendliness & a fun filled visit.. We will definitely be back in the future..

I had asked the staff to decorate our room as a surprise for my husband for our wedding anniversary, and so much effort was put into doing this. The staff left us a card and wrote such a lovely message to complete the gesture and make it even more special. Hope you guys enjoy your mince pies and chocolate from me and hubby !! ❤️ definitely would stay again.

Ich mag dieses Hotel wirklich, das Personal ist brillant und der ganze Boden von unteren ist großartig. Das ist, wo es endet, aber. Haus ständig die gleichen Fehler machen, die ich in der ersten Hand 3 Jahre in Folge gefunden habe. Schmutzhaftes Urin und Blut gefärbt Bett. Geschmackhafte und schmutzige gefärbte Handtücher werden hinterlassen. Flächen im Zimmer nicht gereinigt zwischen den Aufenthalten. Grundlegende Bettwechsel und Bad sauber, aber alle Oberflächen zu zerstören und Staub usw. ist nicht immer getan. Dies könnte durch Hausaufbewahrung Inspektionen verbessert werden. Ich war so enttäuscht, dass ich nach einer schlechten Erfahrung zurückgekehrt habe, um eine Rückkehr zu 50% Kosten aufgrund von Fragen, die im vergangenen Jahr getroffen wurden, um die gleichen Probleme, die wir wieder zu finden, die wir zu sehen hatten. Meine Kinder verließen Harn und Blut gefärbte Duften und Pilze mit den Decken. Das ist unglaublich. Well over an hour to be brought more , 3 children waiting to sleep while I am informed the staff member was sent on a wild goose hunt to locate beding - unsure of this but thanked the staff member as it’s not front reception staff fault at the end of Der Tag. Die Aussicht und Lage sind großartig, aber ohne saubere Zimmer und Betten ist nicht einmal ein kostenloses Aufenthalt wert zu berücksichtigen.

Wir feiern hier unser Hochzeitstag und waren so froh, dass wir es getan haben. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Deluxe-Zimmer, die die Marine überblickte. Leider ist mein Mann allergisch gegen Füße, und wir haben nicht eingeschätzt, dass Füße Duvet und Pillows geliefert werden. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten nach Kontakt mit der Rezeption kamen Haushalter zum Bettwechsel. Nichts war zu viel Problem. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren lecker und angenehmen serviert, so dass ich nicht weiß, warum es hier negative Bewertungen über das Essen gab. Als wir auscheckten, sagte der Empfangsmann, dass wir unser Auto noch ein paar Stunden dort aufbewahren können, damit wir Südport für länger genießen können. Insgesamt, ein sehr angenehmes Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu und das Zimmer ist sauber. Das erste Zimmer ist so kalt und so klein, weil es auf dem Dachboden ist. Allerdings ändert das freundliche Personal das Zimmer für uns. Die Dusche ist modern, aber der Wasserfluss ist nicht stark genug. Das Frühstück ist gut und sauber.

We had a good pleasant stay our room was clean and tidy on arrival the staff was on hand and pleasant the room has high windows so wasn’t able to look out at the view the carpark round the back tha lets you stay 24 hours the machine didn’t work properly it said on the notice board that it was £9 to park 24 hours but the machine would on except £7 so it was impossible to stay there and park as ithe time wouldn’t give you 24 hours so we had to look elsewhere for parking and walk to the hotel otherwise it was a good stay on the Main Street Lord street where the shops were
