注意看，雙床的可能是一個大床加一個窄的沙發床。注意酒店地址是顯示的整天街的名字，司機不好找，點開地圖，可以看見酒店名字，那樣才能找到。做好心裏準備，英國不論走到哪，早餐都幾乎一模一樣，你很快就不喜歡吃了。

Booked a twin room for me and my son. Arrived at our expected time which was late in the evening. Not a twin room. Not in the mood to complain as later at night but then found out only one set of towels. Really disappointed. I’d class this as basic accommodation but definitely not basic pricing. Will not be back. Did complain but nothing back. Definitely will not be using any Premier Inn going forward. Had a lovely stay the next week at the Holiday Inn Express though.

Just a decent comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good value for money. Free parking, lovely marina on the doorstep and local shop within walking distance. Would stay again if I am ever over that neck of the woods, liked it that much I stayed a 2nd night.

Terrible sleep screaming in the corridor all night and didn’t even get a refund! Complained in the morning nothing! I had to literally go for a drive at 2am just so I could get some rest! I was not happy at all! Never had a bad experience with premier inn before until now

The receptionist at the hotel was really helpful & went to a lot of trouble to make sure the room I requested was available. The room could have done with refurbishment, but the bed was really comfortable. Easily accessible from the motorway

We had an amazing welcome from Steven at reception, this was very much needed as my family and I are ill. He was very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean, nothing to complain about. Would recommend staying here. Also, plenty of parking

Lovely service, the staff were lovely and friendly. Stephen on reception was absolutely lovely and helpful when asked he helped recommend things to do within the local area. The room was lovely and recommended staying due to the lovely views.

Had a good stay, beds were comfy and did the job, the receptionist Steven was very helpful and cheerful too, showed us local places to go in the area. The hotel is also easy to find and has a nice pub. Would recommend to use this place if you are staying in the area

Staff were very friendly, plenty free parking on site. Good facilities close by including petrol station and pub. Quick and easy check in procedure. Room was clean and tidy if a little basic. Ideal place to stay if visiting the local area and also very handy for Mallory Park racing circuit.
