"What happened to you Bismarck Mainstay? Our rooms were filthy. Shampoo but no Conditioner. No breakfast, all ice machines and lobby coffee machine had OUT OF ORDER signs on them. It appeared the cleaning staff LIVED in the Lobby with a Grandma in a walker who slept in a chair all.day.long. along with a Toddler and a Baby who were there all.day.long into the evening, with other adults who were eating and sleeping, and using the OUT OF ORDER coffee machine, which apparently wasn't. The hallways were filthy, as well the elevator. We used to enjoy this hotel with the wonderful slides, but will not be back."
