Nach einem Fahrrad in der Nähe kam ich in diesem pub/Hotel und glücklicherweise war für mich ein Urlaub für den Abend, so dass ich mich einbuchte, um sich zu entspannen. Der Aufenthalt war einer der besten, die ich je erlebt habe, das Zimmer super gemütlich , unspottlich sauber , warm und gut ausgestattet . Das Bett war unglaublich komfortable . Tim, der Gastgeber kam zu mir, um meine Gesundheit zu überprüfen und war ein unglaublich hilfreich voller Lebenskarakter, nichts war zu viel Problem. Der Pub war ebenso speziell wie die Unterkunft, ein typisches Dorfpub mit einer freundlichen Mischung von sowohl lokalen als auch Reisenden alle gut von Tim und seinem wunderschönen Personal zu beobachten. Das Essen war sublime alle ökologischen gewachsen und produziert auf dem Bauernhof der Räumlichkeiten . Dies war zweifellos ein Vergnügen, von der Ankunft bis zum Abreise zu bleiben und ich würde es ganz herzlich empfehlen als Ziel zu bleiben , Sie werden nicht enttäuscht werden !!!

Ich konnte den Service nicht brechen - der Typ, der uns serviert war extrem informativ, aufmerksam, aber nicht intrusive. Was das Essen betrifft - der Beste Filet Steak, den ich je hatte. Jeder genossen seine Mahlzeiten gründlich - kann nicht warten, wieder zurückzugehen. Ich empfehle Ihnen einen Besuch.

On arrival, first impressions are very favourable. This is a nice-looking inn with loads of character. We arrived out of hours and had to call the number for check-in advice. No problem, this was fairly smooth. Unfortunately, our room, which was otherwise OK, had no aerial cable to reach the television. After 5.30, when the bar opened, I popped in and asked about this. We were promptly swapped to another room, room 3. Room 3 needs to have the toilet properly plumbed in. At the back of the lavatory, there is no drop. In fact, the waist is actually having to work against a very slight upward gradient. This meant that every time I flushed, I had to help the flush with a bucket of water. Sometimes, even then, taking several attempts. Otherwise, the room was clean if not a little tired. There was no housekeeping on our second day, so I had to ask for tea and milk top ups. Apart from that, it would have been fine as we only had 2 nights. On the second night we ate in the restaurant. The food, though it took a while to arrive, was very nice. Although when we were asked if we wanted gravy, which wasn't on the menu, we were charged £1.95 each. While one of our group couldn't have a banana split, we were still charged for it. In spite of her alternative being cheaper. So a nice It was our first time at the Carpenters Arms and a few nigles that could be ironed out fairly easily for a more memorable stay. Would I return, perhaps, I wouldn't rule it out.

Ausgezeichnet. Lage auf m4 ist großartig für Arbeit auf der Straße oder für Freizeitzwecke. Sehr sauber und außergewöhnlich effizient mit Umdrehung. Check in schnell. Personal sehr willkommen und freundlich. Frühstücksoptionen für Zimmerservice sind eine der besten, die ich je hatte, besser als einige 4/5 Sterne! IHG setzen den Standard für Wert, Service und Gesamtleistung sehr hoch und meine gehen zur Hotelgruppe zurzeit. IHG ist Holiday Inn, Hilton und Roko, um einige zu nennen.

This was my/our third stay at the White Hart and that alone tells you that it is such a fabulous Hotel. too many accolades to write but everything was above and beyond expectations. The rooms were much bigger than expected and beautifully appointed. Easily on par with the Premier Inn chain but a little bit more special in every way. The Hotel has style, class and character, which is sadly lacking in the larger chains. The staff are simply wonderful and you can have a good chat with them, regardless of the time of day or how busy they are. The restaurant has an eclectic menu but everything is freshly cooked, so you really do get the best meals. The restaurant isn't a bland space, you do feel as though you are in a much classier restaurant and it is always busy. Free parking and quick access to the major routes makes the location ideal for all clientele. We will most definitely be returning for multiple stays and will be looking forward to it. What an absolute amazing find. The setting was so beautiful and the room was outstanding and so much nicer than we could have ever imagined. The free standing bath was our favourite, the bed was very comfortable and the settee area was very nice. The staff were very understanding of my sons disability and were very patient and kind. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed and cannot wait to return. Could have easily stayed there for days

Held a Celebration of Life here - family gathering for about 40 people. Everything was just right. The staff were really helpful, both on the day and in helping with planning the event. The buffet lunch was really good quality, with plenty of food and a good range of options. The event space was ideal for us, with use of a separate side room, everything easily accessible for those with mobility issues, etc. We had folk travelling to the event from various directions, so the location just off the M4 was very handy. It's two minutes off the motorway but you feel like you are in the countryside. Some of the group stayed overnight and said the rooms were very comfortable.

Great meal, reasonable price, good service. Arrvied on a whim. Most tables were reserved but 'squeezed' us in. Order was taken quickly. Menu had a good selection. Was a delay getting the food but it was worth the wait. Had the sizzlers and enjoyed every bite. Decent price. Overall a good experience and will be coming back to sample the specials.
