Nur eine Nacht im Hotel, aber es kann nichts passieren. Doppelzimmer sind nicht massiv, aber sehr komfortabel und enthalten große wenige Touchs, Die kostenlose Schokolade und Getränke sind ein Touch, das wahrscheinlich nicht viel kosten das Hotel, aber ist eine willkommene Erleichterung aus der profitierenden Vibe die meisten Hotels Porträt. Die Lage ist perfekt zu diesem Preis, es ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom neuen Straßenbahnhof und den Malls. Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Einrichtungen sind gut mit einer Mini-Kitchenette in der Innenstadt. Das Design des Zimmers ist auch ziemlich modern. Wird sicherlich wieder bleiben und es ist sehr empfohlen.

War zweimal in einer Sache von Monaten. Gelegen einen kurzen 3-minütigen Spaziergang zum besten Standort! Wir bleiben im Kurzlaufpark wie immer billiger auf Urlaubszuschläge für uns, der Busstopp ist buchstäblich außerhalb des Terminals und ein kurzer 15-minütiger Trans. Aber eine Reihe von Parks sind so nah. Park 1 ist der nächste und ich denke 4 und 5 über die Straße. Bar und Essen sind teuer, obwohl eine gute Qualität, sehr vertrauenswürdig und freundliches Personal und wie bei allen Hiltons ein gutes Standard von Bettwäsche und ein tolles Nachtslaf

I went to afternoon tea for a 70th birthday today. The experience was amazing from start to finish. They treated all of us like royalty especially the birthday lady. Having our own room. Which had been decorated. Walking into the room on our very own red carpet. The hosts Julell, Jose and Niu were lovely. Making the afternoon a very memorable time. They could not do enough for us all. Topping up our tea and making sure everything was okay. The food was exceptional too, I will definately be recommending to my friends. Thank you for a lovely afternoon. See you again soon xxx

I stopped here one night with friends for my birthday. The hotel is easy to get to, and the location is excellent as it’s located on Broad Street, near Brindley Place which hosts a wide range of bars and pubs. So if you’re visiting Birmingham to have a drunken, night out or a special occasion then this hotel is perfect. There’s also parking on site behind the hotel which is very handy, unfortunately the car park isn’t discounted for guests stopping in the hotel. After waiting in a small queue, we attempted to check in at 14:30 (half hour earlier than check in ‘opens’) we were told the room wasn’t ready. Which wasn’t an issue as they had luggage storage available. We can back to check in at 16:00 and the queue was horrendous. I’ve never seen a queue as big as this to check in for a hotel before. We waited for 20 minutes until we checked in. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Although there were coffee cups left behind the curtains upon entry. The bathroom was very modern and had a walk in shower. The beds were unbelievably comfy and had plug sockets by the side of the bed which is a massive plus as not every hotel has this. Luckily, it was a quicker process checking out as you can just pop your keys in the ‘express checkout box’. Overall, a comfortable night stay in the heart of Birmingham, unfortunately the check in was horrific.

Wir blieben hier als Familie während der Commonwealth-Spiele und waren mehr als glücklich mit dem Hotel. Wir blieben in einem Familienzimmer mit einem Sofabett für die Kinder - perfekte Größe für zwei Toddler, aber vielleicht ein Skeeze für zwei ältere Kinder. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist perfekt und in einem Spaziergang zum Stadtzentrum. Liebe Spaziergang entlang des Kanals zum Brindley Place und Sealife Centre. Das Hotel verfügt über seinen eigenen Autopark, der einen wirklichen Bonus kostet £13 pro Nacht. Folgen Sie dem einseitigen System rund um das Hotel und Sie werden den Eingang sehen. Das Hotel war voll zu Kapazität, aber immer noch viel Platz. Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer, aber wir verwendeten die kostenlose Drinksverkaufsmaschine anstelle der Rezeption. Gute Auswahl von Drinks und 24 Stunden verfügbar. Wir fügen am letzten Morgen Frühstück hinzu und es war £9 pro Erwachsenen, Kinder kostenlos. Gute Auswahl an gekochten Frühstück, Getreide, kontinental. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt und ich würde nicht zögern, hier wieder zu bleiben, wenn wir wieder nach Birmingham kommen.
