I stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a perfect location—central, convenient, and great for exploring the city. It has a luxurious feel throughout, with modern decor and a very clean environment. The staff were lovely—always polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with great amenities including coffee pods, tea, and coffee, as well as both still and sparkling water provided daily (a bottle of each). A big plus was the in-room entertainment setup—you can easily connect your phone to the TV via the hotel Wi-Fi to stream your favourite shows on apps like Netflix and Prime Video. Overall, I was really impressed with the comfort, service, and attention to detail. I’d definitely recommend Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham for a stylish and relaxing city break.

I would gladly give this place more than five stars in my review. The breakfast offered is incredibly diverse, which is a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the bed is exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciate the modern decoration throughout the hotel, which adds to its overall charm. Furthermore, the waiter at the hotel provided excellent service, contributing to a pleasant experience. However, I do have one concern regarding the parking space; I worry that if I return, it might be difficult to find a spot.

Where do I start! *The check was very straight forward and polite. *Room amenities were good tea and coffee machine. *Nice shower  *Lots of parking just very tight and small spaces. *Hotel location was really good apart from having a night club next door that played loud base music till 4am! *As soon as we stepped out of the lift to our floor there was a very strong smell of ********* (****) The smell was all the way down the corridor. *As soon as we awake the smell of ********* was in the air in our room!

Poor service because I forgot to renew my reservation after 11am and was charged £30 and will not choose this hotel in the future

I loved the little touches, like the Nespresso machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the sleek bathroom with a powerful rain shower and luxurious toiletries. Everything felt well thought-out, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruit to full English breakfast items. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner there one evening – the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. The bar area was a great spot to unwind with a cocktail after a day of exploring the city. Stayed here with my two daughters We was on the 16th floor great views of the Christmas market. Breakfast was delicious too!

This was a clean tidy hotel. The beds were comfortable in our room and the shower was great. Breakfast was a standard buffet brekkie. Staff were helpful
