Travelodge Bromborough

Günstig und fröhlich, zumal es eine Last-Minute-Buchung war. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und war sauber. Die Dusche war auch schön und heiß. Ich hatte meine Schlüsselkarte in meinem Zimmer eingeschlossen, aber das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, meine Daten zu überprüfen und mir eine neue Karte auszustellen.

Das Zimmer war eine Schande, es wurde vom vorherigen Kunden nicht gereinigt, die Betten wurden nicht bezogen, das Zimmer wurde nicht gesaugt und das Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Dies alles wurde den Managern zur Kenntnis gebracht, wartet aber noch auf eine Rückerstattung. Ja, die Managerin, sie war sehr nett, hat aber Versprechen gebrochen. Sie schaute auf den Dienstplan und konnte deutlich sehen, dass das diensthabende Mädchen krank war und ihre Pflichten nicht erfüllte. Schlüssel waren Hauptschlüssel und verlieren sie nicht erstaunlich. Sie sagten dies zu 4 anderen Freunden, bei denen wir in derselben Nacht geblieben waren. Sie ließen auch die Reinigungskräfte um 7.00 Uhr morgens in ihr Zimmer kommen, um zu reinigen.

Awful, never been spoken to so poorly. I was accused of banging in the room, when we were sitting on thr bed talking after a wedding on Saturday evening. I was sticking up for myself and told I was arguing and that i was heard banging so I was. If I continued to bang I would be thrown out the hotel. I'm a 45 year old lady, I was terrified to move in my room after this. The reception boy was rude, sharp and intimidating. I will never stay here again or even recommend it. It's 2 star and I was expecting much, but Customer Service is something you'd expect even from a a2 star hotel.

Don’t even know where to begin, I stayed for 7 days due to being rehoused because of asbestos at home. I came home today. Throughout my stay all the staff were kind polite and very helpful. Always happy to help and always had a smile. My room was always clean tidy and well maintained . towels or anything I needed I could get whenever 24/7 always clean and smelling fresh. Everyone including other guests were a pleasure to be around or talk to. There are plenty of places to go shopping at the Croft about 10 mins walk from the hotel. Also there is a Starbucks over the road if you need a coffee fix. Provided in the room is everything you would need to have a pleasant stay. As mentioned previously . Fresh bedding and towels, extra pillows just incase . Tea coffee sugar, sweetener, milk, cups, kettle. There is also a mounted tv on the wall. If you run out of the above, the staff like also mentioned previously are always happy to help. Also I didn’t take pictures . But the photos of the rooms are EXACTLY what you can expect. Behind the hotel if you like an adventure there is a woods you can walk in with a tarmac path If you have pets with you as it’s a pet friendly hotel it’s ideal for them for walkies or just if you want a walk in general. ( would take a torch at night) The hotel is also busy. But very quiet . Had the poerfect nights sleep every night . And had no disruptions of any kind . Not even traffic. I would highly recommend and will Defiantly stay in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me

Shower gel dispenser broken, hand wash dispenser not working, dead spider in light in shower room, cobwebs from main light to wall, I was kept waiting for 15 minutes on reception when I wanted to extend my stay and no contact number displayed anywhere on the desk to contact anyone for help

I had a long stay at the Travelodge in Bromborough, I honestly can't thank Steph, Hannah and all the staff enough, they have all been amazing, spotlessly clean, friendly, helpful staff. Helped in every way they possibly could, Will miss them all, Sara
