"Das Hotel ist unserer Meinung nach seltsam. Einheimische veranstalten dort Hochzeiten. Und wie wir wissen, bleiben dann Gäste und Brautpaare in den Zimmern. Das macht es etwas laut, gibt ihm aber andererseits etwas Farbe. Zufälligerweise haben wir innerhalb von zwei Tagen zwei Zimmer in diesem Hotel gewechselt. Die 6. Etage war sehr schlecht gereinigt: Haare lagen auf dem Badezimmerboden. Im 8. Stock gab es bezüglich der Sauberkeit keine Beanstandungen. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Es ist eine seltsame Entscheidung, das Waschbecken nicht im Badezimmer, sondern im Zimmer zu platzieren. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Swimmingpool mit nicht sehr sauberem Wasser. Wir trauten uns nicht, darin zu schwimmen. Das Frühstück ist ein Buffet. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Gerichten, aber die meisten sind für Einheimische und nicht für Europäer gedacht"

"When we checked inn for few hours transit, We noticed straight away that the room was dirty, the door and window was broken, the pillow case and linens dirty with stains, marks and bad smells. It’s very obvious the room and beds was used by previous customers but they didn’t changed the linens and also Plenty mosquito inside the room. My 10 years old son and I couldn’t have a rest by constantly bitten by mosquitos. I had to called reception to get linens changed and spray the room. Few hours after checked out reception called us to checked about their TV remote control which they didn’t provided and we couldn’t find anywhere inside the room when we checked in. Worst experience and not worth the money. Will not recommend this place and definitely won’t be back 👎🏽👎🏽"

"I booked this place because it was near the airport and had a kitchen, so I thought I could prepare a meal. The room facilities were clean and nice. The only problem is that the building is still under construction. You have to pass through what looks like a construction site to enter. It's not a formal hotel, but rather a construction company operating an unsold space, so the check-in process and other operations are shaky. I'm not sure if this is my experience, but it's a bit of a mess. Furthermore, when I said I didn't have a cash deposit and they don't accept cards, a person next to me gave it to me for me, but they didn't return it when I checked out. They told me to wait a week because the person who made the reservation and the person who paid the deposit weren't the same person. Hahaha. This is truly unbelievable."

"Das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber, und die Badezimmertür war gebrochen. Wir möchten dem Mann, der heute Abend arbeitete, aber wir möchten ihm wirklich danken. Er sprach kaum Englisch, aber er war unglaublich hilfreich und freundlich. Wenn es nicht für ihn gewesen wäre, hätten wir unseren Bus nach Tana Toraja verpasst! Die Lage ist auch bequem, da es nahe dem Busterminal ist."
