Nice hotel to Stay in Bintulu… Basic amenities provided… Breakfast is OK yet nice… Parking space is really limited… Overall… Good experience… Recommended !

I noticed that the hotel has a 3-star rating ⭐️, but it didn't quite match my expectations. The swimming pool could definitely use some attention; it was a bit dirty with green algae. Breakfast was also quite limited, offering just bread, eggs, and rice—no water or juice in sight, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I found the facilities to be lacking. The shower and toilet could use some better management too.

This hotel should go for a serious renovation, coz some room didn't have a hot water, some damage and not clean in the bathroom... But the location is great... convenient shops just nearby and plenty of coffee shop... This is an iconic and memorable building in bintulu

Old hotel but very clean..basic amenities provided..just no pipe/bided at toilet bowl..free parking but limited around hotel..breakfast provided with not much choice..however..with that price..stil consider worth

This hotel has passed it’s prime. Suitable for budget travelers only. The front office staff were helpful. Breakfast is very simple but cold without any food warmers to keep food warm and the service was very poor. I had to stay an additional night and checking Trip.com no room was available; had to book through the hotel directly but they couldn’t give me the receipt after making the payment, had to wait until the next day. A very unusual practice.

Huge spacious room, comfy bed, complete amenities. Parking space is rather limited. Love the view though. 24hr eateries just stone throw away. Definitely will come back

This is my 2nd time here. The room worth the money with the simple breakfast before you start your day. Tq so much. Gonna stay here again with my husband.

The hotel was decently well kept and service standard live up to a 3 star hotel. The only area that may require a little improvement is the complimentary breakfast. It has only 2 choices for breakfast, either toast bread and alternating between fried kway teow, meet and fried rice on each day. Suggest to add porridge and carrot cake too.

👍🏻 1. Location is quite strategic 2. Huge room 3. Comfortable bed 👎🏻 1. The shower malfunction 2. Toilet bowl is dirty 3. Quite hard to park the car 4. Fridge is soooo dirty.. u dont want to put ur drink or food inside there 🥴🤮 5. Old room, look old,feel old I dont want to comment on breakfast because breakfast is included for me.but if u want to add on breakfast for ur stay,change ur mind.go eat outside. the food is so so,and the choice is very very limited.boil egg,fried noodle,nugget,coffee,tea,bread.
