Not much activities for kids below 7 years old. The beach is very huge. Kids had lot of fun. And the room come with big jacuzzi, kids love it very much. The food just so so, we ordered bbq for last night. But we ate inside the room coz scared of mosquitoes

A clean glamping experience staying with good service from the staffs there! Foods would rather to have it outside as foods in the restaurant are not really that nice.

We have a great fun at Natra Bintan! It is a perfect place for families with kids, the amenities and actitives for the kids and adults are so fun and we really enjoy! STaffs services are very good and friendly, we feel so welcome! we will go back again!

This hotel was cozy—beautifully decorated, warm ambiance, and incredibly friendly staff. The man's make pool view was stunning under the good weather. Downside was all the activities such as ATV ..slide... were managed by a different company and it was over priced.

the service is good and there is free buggy service throughout upon request. Recommended.

Had a wonderful experience! Service staff were polite and welcoming ! Had a free upgrade of room as well, probably as travelling during non peak period, had complimentary bfast as well !! Really pretty resort and relaxing time here

Hotel service was perfect but I was disappointed with the misleading of Trip.com. I recognized it’s risky to believe so much on Trip.com website.

3D2N stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Complimentary shuttle bus to hotel & ferry terminal. Excellent services from all Natra Bintan hotel's staff, they were so warm & welcoming! Our room was decorated & a slice of cake was provided. Breakfast spread was gd & delicious, room was clean, staffs always make up room daily so if you do not want to make up room better put the "Do not disturb" sign on door handle. Cannot hear neighbours, but you do hear aeroplane flying noise in the middle of night, birds chipping at 6am plus so if you are a light sleeper then you might find it hard to get a gd sleep. Hotel provides buggy services to bring us to room, different parts of Treasure Bay. 20% off activities at Treasure Bay for being Natra guests. Only 3 restaurants which are at Natra, Anmon & Treasure Bay activity centre. Had western lunch at Anmon hotel once but food was average, Natra's food was much better. Will definitely consider Natra for our next Bintin trip due to the excellent staffs!

We had a truly wonderful 3D2N glamping stay at Natra Bintan, celebrating a surprise birthday for our friend! The glamping tent was exceptionally well-maintained. A huge shout-out to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive, even assisting with our surprise arrangements before we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed the food at The Patio restaurant, and the DIY BBQ dinner right outside our tent was a definite highlight. For future guests, we highly recommend booking the lagoon-facing rooms. The proximity to Anmon Resort for additional food choices and the option of a massage at Treasure Bay add even more value to the location.

Interesting experience. Beyond the semi outdoor bathroom, the tent room feels just like a hotel room. The service was impeccable. All staff throughout the property was very ready to serve and helpful. Especially towards children. The "pool" was the only slight downside. As it is sharing the same lagoon for watersports, hence the swim area is not big.
