Great and beautiful hotel, new and everything is very high standard.
Unfortunately the staff could not manage a fully booked hotel in terms of keeping up with F&B service, especially for breakfast.
Mostly catered toward Korean guests with high focus on Korean F&B menu, including the breakfast.
Very remote location, beautifully located on Golf Course area but too far from main attractions of Ninh Bình.
Would consider staying again but not at the rate paid (ca 150 USD per night, public holiday).

We really enjoyed the great space , clean spacious rooms , friendly service, and excellent food on offer and especially the access to the two golf courses which happen to be two great courses … I would suggest the Queens course being the better layout

We had a great time at The Five Ninh Binh. Good experiences by very warm welcome by all Staffs. Great food for lunch, and our kids love the pool and playground so much. We had so much funs with the Buggy tour around the golf resort. The room was spacious with bathtub, very relaxing, only because of family traveling we expected a bit varieties of food and kid food for breakfast. The rest was more than our expectation

We would like to highlight the outstanding service we have received from the whole staff. Special thanks to Han Trung Hieu (Anthony) for his continuous effort supporting us; just amazing. The hotel is classy and super clean. We truly recommend staying there. The golf courses are excellent. Special award to the Queen 18 holes where greens are « PGA like »

두번째의 방문 작년 12월에 방문 후 리조트와 그린컨디션에 홀딱 반하고, 친절한 직원들에게 홀딱 반하고 특히 매니저 Hieu Ha의 귀여움과 애교 그리고 서비스에 반해서 꼭 다시 방문해보고 싶었어요 역시나 다시가본 The Five Villas & Resort Ninh Binh 최고중 최고 같이간 일행들도 다 대만족이었답니다 Hieu Ha 매니저는 택시서비스 콜링은 물론 직접 구시가지 안내까지 해주고 너무 고마웠어요 누나동생 삼고 왔답니다 한국어도 열심히 공부하고 있더라구요 조만간 또 만나요 고마워요 Hieu Ha ♡♡♡

빌라에서 즐기는 고즈넉함과 지는 석양은 골프 라운딩과 어울려서 저에게 아주 환상적인 경험을 하게 해주었습니다. 호텔과 빌라를 관리하는 직원들 모두 친절했어요. 특히 저를 거의 전담하다시피 하는 Hien은 매번 방문할때마다 자기가 줄수 있는 모든 도움을 제공해주었습니다. 항상 갈때마다 100% 만족합니다.
