Zero Rating for this poorly managed place. They have no customer care and this place has zero hygiene and management.

Room was way too hot. Asked for air con to be turned on - staff member came into the room around 1am to try to turn it on and was on his phone - woke up the entire room! He was also very rude the following evening.

Le service peu mieux faire. L arrivé on l'a dit de m asseoir et attendre 2 min du coup il mon fait attendre 30 minutes. Je ne le conseillerais pas.

Muy buena experiencia en el hostel. Cerca del casco histórico, a unos 10 minutos y de las estaciones de bus y tren. En cuanto a los servicios y atención, muy buena en general. Cada habitación tiene su baño propio. Las instalaciones están muy bien y limpias. La atención por parte del personal de recepción excelente. Por decir algo peor del sitio, la ubicación es un poco ruidosa y entra mucha luz por la ventana de noche.

Alojamiento totalmente recomendado. La entrada tanto hall como a las habitaciones funcionan por códigos que te mandan por whatsapp, llame por teléfono precis reserva y súper amable la chica que me atendió. Las habitaciones compartidas cuentan con un baño por habitación. Cama muy cómoda, sábanas limpias y muy suaves. Habitación muy limpia, cuenta con muchas taquillas. La zona común cuenta con microondas, tostador, nevera, así como film y papel de aluminio para uso común. Súper bien.

Buena ubicación, cerca se la estación de tren de Abando y cerca del casco antiguo a pie. Estuve en dormitorio de 6. Limpio.

Avoid, stay somewhere else. Too much noise, light coming through the windows at all hours, pay a bit extra and avoid this place: the whole area is ropey. Bilbao is amazing though.

Lovely place for ease of stay not many people like the idea of bunk beds but quick and easy. Lockers provided for safe keeping

Loved every minute of my stay here. So convenient to shop, eat, tour, museums. Tgey have refrigerators and food storage. I was there for a week. The staff is awesome. Great place to stay

Excellent place to rest and keep going

The door of the shower booth doesn't close well, so the floor of the bathroom gets wet after you use the shower. The room is just above the bus stop, so it is very noisy until late at night. The blind of the window was broken and it was very bright outside all night maybe because of the bus stop , so it didn't get dark in the room at night. You should bring your eyemask.

I am satisfied with my one night stay in this hostel. We booked a 6 bed female dorm and we were just 3 which was good. It was spacious and the bathroom inside it is also big. People at the reception were kind and answered our questions about the public transport and let my friend leave her luggage there after check out. The hostel works with a code for the main door and one for the bedroom door. Our only complaint was the beds which made noise when we moved. So it can easily wake others up. And also the location is a bit strange but very central.
