We came to Axel Hotel Bilbao to use their spa. The receptionist (forgive me but I can’t quite remember her name, I believe it was Maria) was so helpful and kind. Gorka guided us through the spa, helped us feel comfortable, and was professional and charismatic. I really enjoyed the Turkish sauna with eucalyptus and mint aromatherapy. Unfortunately, I can’t quite remember the employee’s name who gave me the massage but she was also a true professional, very helpful, and welcoming. We left the spa feeling incredibly relaxed and at peace! Thank you!

Booked a quick break after a family bereavement and couldn't have wished for better treatment. Originally had booked another hotel but when I discovered an Axel was opening I cancelled that booking.Ivan,David and the team couldn't be more helpful. My room was upgraded by Ivan on arrival and I had a great view of the river and the old town. Hotel is in a great location but is not in a noisy area. I can also thoroughly recommend the breakfast,great service from David. I did use the gym but there is also a sauna and spa which I wasn't in. I will be back.

Super hôtel, très inclusif. Décoration très élégante et chambre très bien agencée. Douche spacieuse et produits de soin haut de gamme. Il y a accès SPA / piscine / bar roof top. La chambre est très calme et pas du tout bruyante. Attention pas de parking et pas possible de se garer dans la rue. Je recommande ! Merci à Roger et ses collègues, c’était super vous êtes les meilleurs

Un descubrimiento de hotel. Nuevo a estrenar, von habitaciones amplias y confortables. Ubicación perfecta cercano al centro y zonas con encanto de Bilbao . Vistas a la ría. Personal muy atento y agradable, Roger, Robin y Maria en la recepción nos fueron súper atentos en todo momento.

Las camas, estupendas. Aún llegando el día 31 de diciembre (Abrieron la víspera), no se notaba el ruido de gremios trabajando , todo funcionaba: el bar, el spa.... Excepto la piscina pero total, piscina en enero y en Bilbao..... Especialmente el staff de recepción ( Sandra, María y Marisa) al mando del jefe Roger y el director,Iván son punto y aparte. Si cercanía y su"savoir faire"nos cautivaron En resumen, un 10 porque no se puede más.

L'hôtel est très accueillant ainsi que le personnel, il est propre et bien placé. Tout peut se faire à pied ou avec les transports en commun. La chambre est spacieuse et bien agencée, vous avez accès au spa qui est agréable, nous le recommandons !

Fuimos al Spa del hotel. Es un spa pequeño pero intimo, con todo lo que necesitas para relajarte, piscina con chorros, sauna, baño turco, diferentes duchas de contrastes... Además Gorka, el encargado del spa nos atendió súper bien, muy amable y profesional. Totalmente recomendable

Nous sommes arrivés le lendemain de l'ouverture pour passer 2 jours à l'Axel Hotel de Bilbao et fêter le nouvel an sur place. Finalement, nous étions tellement bien que nous avons prolongé notre séjour! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'hotel (sa modernité , ses installations et son emplacement) , la chambre et le spa mais surtout la gentillesse et le sourire des équipes. Que ce soit Maria et Ivan à l'acceuil ou Gorka au spa, nous avons vraiment senti qu'il voulait faire de notre séjour une réussite et cela a été le cas. Muchissimas gracias a todos Hasta la proxima.

Hôtel qui vient d’ouvrir en bordure de l’hyper centre. Accueil excellent. L’équipe est à votre écoute et fait son possible pour répondre à vos demandes. Bravo Ivan pour cette ouverture nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors de notre prochain voyage à Bilbao !
