It was a big disappointment for as it was not upto the standards. Rooms were not that good. Bedsheets were not clean. Bed size and matters size was not matching matters size was small. Housekeeping staff are asking was everything before cleaning. Big disappointment for me i never thought that 3 star will give me this much of disappointment in my stay. Foul smell of dampness in room, bed sheets weren’t clean or changed before the new guest arrives. No spoon kept near kettle and cups to stir tea/coffee. Instead of keeping sealed bottled water, they had kept refilled water bottles from tap water. Breakfast was still better than my expectations after looking at the rooms. Staff was prompt to assist with check in and during breakfast.

Hotel facilities are very basic. Decor e is below average. House keeping is mediocre. Service is poor, food quality is bad. Need all around improvement.
