Have stayed here many times in the last one year. The hotel is the most premium property available in Bilaspur city and very good for business travellers. Check in and check out- Mr. Abhishek at front desk made things very swift and smooth. Rooms are uptodate. Only have some complains with the aircon, where the thermostat was not keeping temp under control. Had to switch on and off manually from time to time. Breakfast was a very nice spread and Chef Dharmendra made you feel really pampered. A good change one can see since last 2-3 months is very polite, warm and helpful nature of the team making you feel very welcome. For choosing rooms be very careful not to get a room near a pub in the neighborhood mall from which the music continues till late night, making it difficult to sleep.

No complementary breakfast available even when you pay more than hotels nearby to this hotel. While other hotels do provide. When enquired about it the manager replied that it's solely under the owner's discretion and the owner never agrees to such privileges. They don't care about customer's feedback on breakfast being complementary as the hotel being too hold, customers never disregard such decision.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Insgesamt alle sehr gute Erfahrung mit diesem Ort mit der Familie. Empfohlen für alle Altersgruppe. Zimmer waren sauber und sauber. Personal war freundlich und gut. The property is well maintained. The breakfast menu could have been better. Too limited options. The staff however was very nice and made coffee / tea / omlette as per the request. The towels in the bathroom and the bedsheets were not that good. Looked dirty.

PGH&H is a 16 room premises. 7 on the ground floor and 9 on the first floor. The facility gives out rooms on a monthly or yearly basis to working staff or to students since educational institutions are close by. They also rent out rooms to travellers like me for short duration. I booked a room for one night as a transit arrangement. Room: the room had a large metal double bed with a 3 inch mattress covered by a thin white bedsheet. Had 2 very thin pillows n n blankets. There was a writing table with a chair. There was a 32” or lesser flat screen TV with an Airtel DTH connection.2 bottles of water were provided. Washroom: there was an attached washroom with a WC. There running hot water from the solar heater. Soap and towels were provided. Food: there is no inhouse facility for food. However there was a lady serving freshly home cooked meals and breakfast. We ordered for dinner for 2. Each packet had 4 rotis, Cauliflower curry, Dal, Cucumber n Onion salad, pickle, Papad. One pack enough to fill 2 stomachs actually. Very reasonably priced at ₹80 a piece. Staff: the property is manned by the owners Pratik and his dad. Very helpful to serve their guests.
