Premier Inn St. Neots (A1/Wyboston)

Stayed here because I was on a technical course at EOGB, which is five minutes away from the hotel . Room clean, comfortable bed, bathroom ok. Booked for dinner and breakfast, excellent selection of food and drink. Staff were very welcoming. Big car park with security cameras. WiFi reception is terrible . Apart from that, all very good. Would definitely stay again

I have never stayed in a premier inn that has had useable WiFi even there ultimate access is extremely poor and this experience is nationwide as I travel with work! If you are on a business trip and need to send emails or work, I would use any other hotel before choosing premier inn.

Always a great stay! Currently staying weekly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Andy is always welcoming with a smile on his face. He also looks at the little touches that means a lot when you’re regularly away from home. restaurant is lovely with a good choice of food.

The rooms are clean, the beds are so comfortable, even the settee bed, & the location is really convenient for access to the A1 & also to Bedford & Cambridge. However, it's the staff & the level of service they provided to us which stands out for me; it was quite simply excellent!! It's been a difficult time for us since early February with a close family illness & subsequent bereavement leading to four stays at this Premier Inn during February & March. Each time we were greeted by Andy, Hannah & another two ladies (I'm so sorry I can't recall your names too but hopefully you'll know who I'm talking about) & they were all so helpful with loaning an extension lead, moving us to a more suitable room & on the last night offering us the use of the bathroom in the next room as our bathtap had broken. As it happened we didn't need to use this but it was made clear that nothing was too much trouble for their guests & showed us that they truly understand the importance of great customer service. We had breakfast on one morning, the continental option, which was quite good but could be improved (in my opinion) by adding some eggs & some slices of cheese to the spread as they do in so many other hotels we've stayed at & who charge an equivalent price. The service from the staff on duty was very good but the toaster had definitely seen better days I'm afraid & proved to be very erratic.

Myself and 11 year old son enjoyed a 2 night stay whilst visiting Harry Potter studios and Whipsnade zoo. Special thanks to Andy for his warm welcome on check in and Harry potter quiz on our 2nd night. Andy went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, lovely to have a friendly and smiley face to greet us each evening.

The hotel was clean and inviting The rooms were well equipped and comfortable Friendly and helpful staff on reception The major downside was that Monday to Friday breakfast service finished at 8.45 and at the weekend 9.45 This was not advertised anywhere on the web site and was only picked up on checking in We would not have booked had we known this beforehand The only other issue was the room was very cold as the heating was set at a very low temperature
