Meine Familie und ich blieben im September hier und waren so wunderschön, wie es in der Werbung aussehen. 3 große große, erwärmte Pools und Spa, Kinderclub, Spielplatz, springende Kissen, Pedal-Radiere, Außenfilme und Bistro. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und freundlich. Wir hatten die Pandanus Villa und es war modern, geräumig und ruhig. Wir hatten die besondere Vereinbarung, die Mahlzeiten und einige Getränke und kostenlose Nutzung des Kinderclubs und Ausrüstungen umfasste, die erstaunlich wertvoll war. Die Lage weise es aus dem Strand und auf einer besetzten Straße, aber lassen Sie es nicht aus. Sehr ruhig und 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu The Spit und Broadwater und Parklands. Hafenstadt ist direkt über der Straße für alle Ihre Einkaufsbedürfnisse und zusätzliches Essen. Brillante gelegen für Themenparks mit nur 10 Minuten Fahrt zu ihnen. Bus direkt aus der Front, die mit dem Zug in Southport verbunden ist. Ich kann diesen Ort überhaupt nicht brechen. Wir werden sicher zurück sein.

Whilst securing a rental property during an interstate move, we booked a two bed/bath apartment for two weeks at Bluewaters on Marine Parade in Labrador. We have very quickly learnt that it’s common for holiday apartments on the Gold Coast to be privately owned which means it’s ‘pot luck’ whether the apartment you are allocated is up to scratch. I suspect the Strata use photos from the better maintained apartments. This would explain why the reviews are mixed. Please see the photos attached for examples of the standard of repair and cleanliness we arrived to. I cannot honestly believe that this apartment is being leased in its current state. The fridge, oven, aircon and pedestal fan are WAY past their sell by date. There was a single aircon unit in the main living area (with a not so pleasant noise when operating). There are no ceiling fans at all and no extractor fans or windows in the bathrooms. One of the two pedestal fans supplied was older than me and could not oscillate. The oven is an old, actually ancient, element based unit and not effective for cooking. The fridge is small, missing shelves, rusty, unstable. The kitchen is stocked with a complete hodge podge of items and missing key things like a spatula, serving spoons, ice tray. The broom was disgusting with the added touch of toilet paper used to secure the handle into the broom head. There was no mop/bucket despite 80% of the floor being tiled nor a laundry basket. We requested a bath in the apartment as we have two little ones. There was a bath but no plug to fit. After presenting us with about 5 that didn’t fit, one was purchased for us. There were holes and damage to walls and doors, mould in the window frames and thick layers of dust on light fittings and pedestal fans. I removed the fronts and washed them but I couldn’t do anything about the backs, so options for the bedrooms were dust laden air circulation or none. Did I mention that none of the curtains fitted? So much so that we relocated one curtain from the lounge to the main bedroom so it was dark enough for sleep (lots of light outside the bedroom). On the positives the location is great for kids - several waterfront parks and playgrounds, and the Broadwaters are a short drive. The pool area at Bluewaters is pleasant, reasonably maintained (although some of the furniture has seen better days). They also had a blow up kids slide which was a nice touch. Service was inconsistent and only available if someone was on site. The weekly refresh of linen consisted of us arriving back to a pile of fresh linen and a laundry bag for our dirty items - so they didn’t even change the beds. I am not surprised now that the terms of the rental included no refunds if a stay is terminated early. We would have cancelled after 24hrs otherwise. We’re super disappointed with this accommodation. You can get far superior quality at the same price so would

Our family love staying here. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is amazing with beautiful views and walking paths/ parks e.g. Check in and out is easy with no dramas. We love the huge pull and spa this resort has to offer. We will always recommend staying here with family and children.

Room was spacious, clean and seems new. Love the carpark which links straight to lobby. They were very nice and gave us a sweet message and treat as my husband and I were on our honeymoon trip. Downside was on the security deposit. They charge it to my card and refunded only after a few days. If it is a hold amount, there should not be any charges. If they charged the amount, the refund should be immediate on the same day. We booked assessable room which was for the handicap. The doors are automated etc. The reception said they were unable to reach me by phone call and they couldn't email me because I booked via third party vendor. It would have been better if they can contact via email which they chose not to. This is something which they could have improved and definitely will improve our stay experience. Other than this, everything else was great! Note: When we drove to Mantra, right in front of the hotel was a cemetery. Just in case anyone superstitious, this info may be helpful.

Überraschung Besuch in Qld ohne reservierte Unterkunft. Fand diesen Ort auf Buchung. Com, Der Empfangsmann war freundlich und informativ. Das Zimmer war alt, aber fantastisch. Wir waren überrascht von der Größe und der Reinigkeit. Unter COVID habe ich mich mit Desinfizieren genommen, um zu reinigen und zu entsorgen, aber dieser Ort war sauber. Keine schwarze Marken gefunden. Ganz obwohl es auf der Hauptstraße ist. In der Nähe der chinesischen Stadt gingen wir. Viele Wahlen für Lebensmittel. Wir würden empfehlen und hier wieder bleiben.

Das Bild passt nicht zur Realität, das Bild sieht aus wie das Hotel ist sehr hoch, ist in der Lage, das Meer oder die Stadt zu sehen, aber in der Tat die höchsten nur 7 Stockwerke. Das Wichtigste ist, dass um 12 Uhr in der Nacht, von der Feueralarm angerufen wurde, panikiert und lief unter den Treppen, und schließlich das Hotel überprüfte und fand, dass es kein Problem gab, Das Hotel hat keine Entschädigung, nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung! Schlimmsten ohne eine.

Wunderbares Bouji-Hotel mit wunderbarem Personal, aber etwas müde, da viele Reparaturen erforderlich sind. Das Frühstück war unglaublich und das Mittagessen am Pool ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Zimmer war müde, aber die Betten waren bequem und die Aussicht großartig. Das angepriesene Hallenbad und Sauna ist seit zwei Jahren geschlossen! Und der Außenpool ist aufgrund einer defekten Poolheizung unbeheizt, wieder kein Plan zur Reparatur, es ist leicht einzusehen, warum Versace den Vertrag kündigt und das Branding entfernt. Der Außenpool mit Sandstrand ist eine nette Geste für Familien mit Kindern Top-Tipp: Besuchen Sie die Peters Fish Bar nebenan für ein fabelhaftes Abendessen mit frischem Fisch und Chips. Das Einkaufszentrum nebenan ist auch schön.
