酒店旁邊的超市很加分，買了很多水，還有小吃。餓不着肚子是出差最大的關鍵。每次Biella 之行這裏首選。

疫情三年沒有回Biella,再次回去依然選擇AGORA 畢竟在當地已經是最好的了，乾淨整潔，位置好，還會再回去的。

A gem in the city of Biella! The room was clean, spacious, nice, and cool against the stifling heat that was there for our visit! The location is perfect with a park across the street where there is a gelato shop and a nice bar to get an aperitivo. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We wanted a car service for the ride to Milan and the staff arranged. Highly recommend this hotel!

the hotel location is great next to the shopping center with a private garage. the staff at reception was outstanding. but on the breakfast area, the two females workers are seemed not so interested to make a homemade cappucino. Our order was refused and she was instead saying that the automatic machine has the same taste. but the machine was all occupied. Our orders seemed giving her much more work than expected. We were staying for several days, it was such a droughtful experience to see such services in a four star hotel. I strongly suggest to not take breakfast in the rate because in the shopping mall , you will find a tasty home made cappucino and nice freshly baked sandwiches or sweet. Such a shame, next time. I will rather to Michelangelo or augustus hotel. Otherwise, the room is a real comfy. My stay was around the 28th Dec.

We had a fantastic time in Biella. The staff at Agora Palace Hotel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Good location to walk into the heart of Biella where there are some lovely little restaurants all very reasonably priced (cheaper than UK). Overall would highly recommend.

We spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel. Location is right in the centre and in walking distance from everything you need. While the standard rooms are a bit dated they were immaculate and very clean. The bed is nice and large and the sheets crisp. The service in the hotel is truly a hospitality 5star experience. Nothing you asked was too much and the ladies behind the desk were immensely friendly and helpful. The reception staff, the people at breakfast and in the restaurant were truly fantastic. I really can't recommend this hotel more. The restaurant upstairs was such a lovely experience. The dishes and wines were curated and delicious. We also had a cocktail class with the lovely Eduardo. He was very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the experience. Biella as a city was a wonderful discovery and our stay at the hotel truly contributed to a fabulous trip.

Large hotel in the centre of Biella. Good underground parking. The rooms are relative large with excellent bathroom. The breakfast is extensive. So, all good but why not 5 stars? Probably because we expected something like a medium sized family owned hotel in a nice old town environment and not in a office environment. Price / quality equation is more than good.

It feels like home, I’ve been welcomed by the staff at the reception that since then is always been more than kind to me and my colleagues, showing professionals skills, multiple languages knowledge, and always going for the extra miles. The room was comfy, spacious and very clean. The meeting rooms are fully equipped with everything you’ll need for small meetings and big conferences. The breakfast is a must, from freshly cooked beacons and eggs to a soft and crispy french croissant passing by high quality locals products. The restaurant is a precious jewel. “La sartoria” inspired by the fashion history of Biella, is able to offer an amazing culinary experience. The bartenders will change your idea of cocktails, visionary, cutting-edge way to interprete the most famous drinks recepies. The wine selection include the best local wines and amazing bottles from all over the world. Everything from the Agora Palace Hotel is walking distance, situated in the town centre, it will allow you to reach everything you’ll need in a maximum 10 minutes walk. The people, the room, and all the services offered are having the highest quality, I will strongly recommend this accommodation facility to everyone!

I don’t have a bad word for this hotel and it’s staff. We were there for 5 nights. It felt like ‘home’ if that’s possible for a hotel. Reception was incredible. Everyone spoke excellent English and went far beyond expectations when answering questions and providing advice. The room was cool and spacious with a modern fully integrated system. The water was hot and pressure constant. Breakfast was incredible with such variety that we were spoiled for choice. The lady in the breakfast restaurant was so very sweet and obliging. The ladies who cleaned the rooms were brilliant~ welcoming and friendly. All the staff couldn’t do enough to help us. We were sad to leave to be honest. The owners have invested a lot of money in the modern security system and are continuing to invest by upgrading the decor ~ pretty new carpets were being laid during our stay. We will be travelling to the area often and will stay at Agora every time for definite. What a wonderful gem this place is. The location is great. Easy access by foot to the historical areas and quick access to the highway for travel more widely.

We stayed at the Agora for a friends wedding. The rooms were spacious and bright. Very clean and modern. Decent enough breakfast, with good coffee. Ideal location near the town and not too far from the train station. Lovely roof top bar too..

Veramente un ottimo hotel a ridosso del centro storico di Biella. Le camere sono spaziosissime , buona qualità dei guanciali , materasso comodo e pulizia al top. La colazione è soddisfacente con vasta scelta sia di dolce che salato e premute di arance fresche. Il roof garden per la cena è di buon livello sia nella qualità che nella preparazione a cui va ad aggiungersi la gentilezza e la preparazione dei ragazzi nella spiegazione delle portate. È inoltre a disposizione degli ospiti anche il garage gratuito. Sicuramente il top

Veramente un ottimo hotel! Personale sorridente, gentile, disponibile sia alla reception che in sala colazione. Avevamo una bella camera standard, grande con poltrona e tavolino, addirittura 2 finestre con tapparelle elettriche, vasca/doccia con 2 dispenser (uno per lo shampoo, l'altro per il docciaschiuma) e il kit di cortesia con un dispenser per la crema corpo (per altro molto buona). Avevo chiesto una camera silenziosa e così è stato. In camera ho trovato le ciabattine, il kit per il the e tisane ed un televisore più grande del solito. Climatizzazione a display molto facile da usare. Letto comodissimo e 2 cuscini a disposizione. La sala colazione ha un bel assortimento di dolci, marmellate (favolosa quella alle ciliegie), cereali e del salato, che oltre alle classiche uova strapazzate con bacon, offre fagioli, wuster piccoli e crocchette di patate. Oltre alla frutta offre anche la verdura. Una chicca per me, intollerante al lattosio, è stata l'offerta di latte di riso, soia e latte senza lattosio. Un occhio di riguardo anche per i senza glutine. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, a due passi dal centro storico e con garage gratuito sotterraneo. I miei complimenti vanno a tutto lo staff!
