Hotel deteriorated its hospitality and customer service. I booked a premium room but it was ordinary. Broken bolts of cupboard, broken fitting in washroom,torn bed-sheet, torn sofa cover and no bathroom door mat observed. After demanding towel only one towel provided for 3 guests. Second thing there is no body at reception to take your call for room service and other requirements. They have provided one mobile number as number of reception. If u call them and it it is attended then they take your order and give it to Restaurent. Then your order will be processed. It took too long. Overall rating is unsatisfactory and the premium room which I booked should kept in the catagory of ordinary room.
