This is good hotel in Murree Pakistan. Secure and beautiful. A well maintained garden. Nice food, Pakistani and Chinese. Nadia restaurant is a buffet restaurant serving variety of food. There is also a veranda eating place having good Mountain View. There is also Shinwari chef corner tugged in garden serving traditional BBQ Pakistani food. However, I felt a faint smell in my executive room and also heard some guest complaining of the same. This could possibly because of very busy turnover and narrow window for staff to clean rooms properly. Some of the front desk staff are arrogant but some guests are also disrespectful.

The location of the hotel is classy Mountain s view of Murree around the hotel gives another class of peaceful and beautiful ambiance The quality and taste of food is marvelous Ample space of parking available Above all are ok, however staff service at the dining area is PATHETIC No one bothered about the customers/ visitors, staff is not very professional, don't know how to serve the customers, even they don't know to make and ready the table before serving the food. Tables mat and napkins are not clean. With the drinks they didn't submit straws. They are quite reluctant to show their welcoming attitude at all, no smile, no thanks Very disappointed at the PC level hotel

I have been to so many hotels and restaurants in Pakistan, but no one can compete PC bhurban mashallah. With delicious cuisines it's staff is very cooperative. Hat's up to the whole management and team. It's location is also awesome at the top of green mountain.

Had a great evening with my family at PC bhurban, first great welcome from manager rizwan and suggested hujra restaurant for dinner. Met with such a pleasent person Qasim Abbasi who escorted us to the restaurant and treated us like a VVIP. He made us so comfortable and explained well in details about the food and place. We got great treatment from anothet employee Mehtab. You guys are real gems. Food was amazing, chef made really tasty food.

It used to be good place and we have been here many time. We visited it this weekend after a long break and we were really disappointed by the whole experience. The service was awful. Although the area wasn't overcrowded but the we got our order in almost an hour. The food was horrible and very expensive. We ordered 3 main dishes and the quality of food wasn't up to even roadside cafe. The pizza was half done and very ordinary. Beef burger was half cooked chewing gum like meat, the cheese wasn't fresh and smelled awful. stuffed chicken spinach was barely ok. Plates were dirty and we had to get them changed three times. Now it's a place of low quality and over priced food, below average service and a run down hotel, not a 5 star hotel.

A nice place and we enjoyed a lot with this hotel ambiance. Staff was very cooperative prices very reasonable i refer definitely in my surroundings as well. Must watch this beautiful place one in life with your friends and family. Staying was fantastic.

Honestly the premise is too commercial oriented so the staff too is not like on other locations i.e Muzaffarabad. The charges have gone exponentially high vz service and the food too is not very remarkable, specially the wait for breakfast on Saturday Sunday is no treat at all

Worst hospitality experienced ever at PC Hotel. Very rude staff and management. Initially, I planned to stay at the hotel with the family after dinner at Nadia's restaurant, but the staff didn't let us use the toilets, especially Mr. Jamal Abbasi. Staff didn't care about the complaint, and there was no one to hear the complaint, not even on reception or any complaint box. Which led us to change the plan of not staying at the hotel. Spent a huge amount on the dinner and experienced the worst hospitality. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ramada murree, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to ramada murree on my next visit. Highly recommended!
