Visited the restaurant today(9/8/24) after a very long time.This is my favourite restaurant to enjoy anthentic,pure south indian cuisines. The quality is excellent.The aura of the restaurant is very good.You feel as if you are in a restaurant in South India.The staff comprising of :Shri Dinesh Lal ji,Shri P.D.Tiwari, Shri Ghanshyam and Shri Mani and others were very cordial.The ordered items were served very hot as per our request.The items are reasonably priced.Cleanliness is restaurant's USP.Overall,it's a very good place to relax and enjoy the south indian dishes.My best wishes to the entire dedicated,devoted team of Palash Residency.

We stayed one night in this property. At reception we faced issue about our room location ( it was far away behind restaurant on ground floor) but soon room was given near reception. Mr nitin and his team really working hard to take care of customers. Our reference point was MPT tansen residency ,gwalior hotel wonderful experience. Car cleaning facility available at reasonable price. You can order outside food , internet speed is fine but to connect internet is long process. We checked in at 7 pm and checkout at 7am .

Excellent service by the staff. Especially, Executive at the Guest Relation desk has taken care of comfort by asking each one of the visitors residing in. Staff responds well in time for the need. Slight maintenance of certain fixtures e.g.exaust fans seems necessary. Pleasant and lovely musical ambiance, Best food with top hygiene in the lunch-dinner hall. Thanks and keep it up. Rooms are horrible.Griund floor have mosquito and rotten doors windows. There are none who will listen you. Once you entered in the room you shall be welcomed by foul smell. Poor management. Out side flower decoration is excellent. Food is Good. But staff is very poor in communication and lison. Specially managers and Help Desk staff need Training. We could not stay in the rooms of Hotel and had to check out. This Hotel Need repair.

Good service but flooring and bathroom needs to be upgraded. No sufficient parking especially for buses Service is good. Staff are very polite and curtous. Breakfast is very well spread. Dinner hall needs sound and public address system.
