Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal: wir hatten eine kleine Flasche Raki vom Abendessen ins Zimmer gebracht und stehen gelassen. Am nächsten Abend fanden wir eine handgeschriebene Notiz mit einer Erläuterung zu Raki und zwei Tellern mit sehr gutem Weisskäse, weil dies die klassische Begleitung sei zu Raki. Tags darauf fanden wir zusätzlich noch eine sehr gute Süssigkeit. Das war sehr aufmerksam und liebevoll gemacht. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel. Die Lage im Stadteil Pera ist ideal, wenn man das alte Istanbul besuchen will. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist okay, nicht grossartig.

A very stylish and discreet hotel in the heart of the Galata area. Just off the busiest streets so very quiet at night. Easy walk down to the Bosphorus and from there across the bridge to the main classical sites. Very friendly staff including Hakan at breakfast and the numerous reception staff we met at different times of day. We also used Plazatur a highly reputable travel agency for all transfers and tour guide. Their service was impeccable.

The service was great, especially thanks to Yusuf at reception, who was very attentive and positive in resolving everything. Also thanks to Hakan, who was at the restaurant and always made everyone confortable and was very cheerful. The hotel is very nice and feels brand new.

The hotel is wonderful. Great location, very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff are incredibly helpful and provide amazing service. Hakan serves breakfast in the morning and is a joy to spend the morning with.

Excellent hotel with nice decor & ambience, loving the vibe here and not to mention great location( not even 5 minutes walk to Galata Tower) surrounded with great cafes as well plus nearby metro/tram station. Thank you to the Front Office staffs(forgot their names) as well that is very accommodating & helpful during our stay. Recommended us some great place to go as well for hammam & patisserie

I thought I had visited the best hotels in Istanbul until I came to Ecolle. This is truly the best hotel in the city. The staff greeted me as if they were the most loved person. They upgraded my room category. A perfect tiramisu was waiting for me in the room (I live in Italy and even there I have not eaten such a tiramisu). The hotel is new, incredibly clean. Fantastic terrace overlooking the tower. A wonderful “Italian courtyard” restaurant with very tasty dishes. I am so glad that I found my home in Istanbul, from now on I will only stay here. Teşekkür ederim Ecolle ❤️

We stayed at Ecole St. Pierre for five nights, and it was perfect. The property is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the daily breakfast was fantastic. Every staff member we interacted with was also excellent. I especially want to thank Havak who we saw each day for breakfast. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made sure we had what we needed. Every staff member did the same. I highly recommend Ecole St. Pierre, and we will stay there again on any return trip to Istanbul.
