Perfect location, nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Abundant and delicious breakfast. Extra nice helpful staff. We have chosen this hotel according to good reviews on ***********, which apparently was mostly due to good management at the time. On arrival we noticed that the management already changed to our bad luck. First of all the hotel is located in a street full of bars and clubs which makes night sleep absolutely impossible as noise goes on till 4am. (Needs double glazing) Breakfast included which is the minimum you could get , although that is the best part of service. Rooms : Ac is operated by reception desk you can’t adjust the temperature. Some rooms have phone to call reception some do not( we had 2 rooms). We got wet floor after each shower as water leaking out, hair dryer working on and off due to faulty cord and exposed electrical wires, notified the risk to reception, they said would send technician next day which never happened . Our TV not working properly as we asked them to fix , said the TV technician is on his wedding,never fixed. Soap finished took half a day to refill. Cleaning service was ok but did not care about the signage at the door, when cleaning sign was off cleaning lady entering the room. Staff was not taking our requests seriously and very slow.

This is a very good place, with a good location. The stuff are very friendly and nice.Cosy place with very friendly stuff. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The metro station is also nearby.

Went to Istanbul with my husband and stayed for 1 week on bed and breakfast package. A small hotel with really nice staff and good service. The room is very clean but lack of varieties during breakfast. Overall it was a nice hotel near the centre and we really enjoyed the night life nearby.

The hotel is located right next to clubs and busy restaurants which results in loud noises until the early hours of the morning every night. I complained and was told this is the location and it gets noisy here. My family and I left the hotel and checked into another one, lost a lot of money because of that. The air conditioner is preset which makes the room hot and non-ventilated. The housekeeping does not change the sheets every day yuckkkk. The hotel deceiving advertises a very high room rate and then deeply discounts it on the booking sites to demonstrate value. The fact of the matter is that this hotel is worn out and needs a major refresh to stay relevant. Finally, the rooms and bathroom are really small, the smell of smoke that seep through the ventilation, and not family-friendly at all.

Not the best choose if you re in Istanbul. Firstly, we booked via Booking a room with three different beds but upon arrival we were transferred for the first night to another hotel right next to this one. the second night we were transferred back to Gritti but the room had one double bed and an armchair that could become a really uncomfortable bed. Secondly, although it was in a central point near taksim square it was a noisy area with loud music at nights. Thirdly, poor breakfast. To sum up, despite some attempts of the staff to help us, our stay there was not a pleasant one.

The hotel is very nice, small and cute. The staf are very kind and halpfull. And the best thing is location. You have one steps to the best bars, restaurants, shops, metro… We like thus place so much and for sure we will came back.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for us. When I come back to Istanbul, I stay only in this hotel. Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable.

I think location was the main advantage of this hotel. We received daily cleaning and drinking water which was a nice touch. The staff was helpful and chatty. We asked for local information , the reception was very eager to help. Overall, a good quality hotel.
