Ate at the Swallowfalls Inn on the opening day, was the first to eat a main meal out of the kitchen, we ordered the steak with peppercorn sauce … and my word when I say wow … going to be a very busy pub if they keep cooking steak like that! We also had a sticky toffee pudding and croissant bread and butter pudding with custard … was about ready to pop after!! New decor was to die for and the whole place just let off an air of luxury, Staff were all really lovely and the new manager was very nice guy to have a chat with! All round very impressed with the this place if you are visiting the waterfall or Betws-Y-Coed it is well worth a visit!!! We were blown away!! Well done guys on your debut day!!!

Hate feeling ripped off, that’s how I felt on leaving this place. Paid £50 for a meal. On leaving I noticed a car park charge sign. Which if had I have seen prior, I wouldn’t have stopped off for food. Only residents are exempt from parking charges regardless of paying £50 for a 2 hour stay for food ruined the whole experience never again.

Our first time to North Wales and we loved our stay here. The warmest welcome when we arrived (we were early), great food…highly recommend the katsu curry and very friendly staff. We had a few requests as were travelling with our 3 year old daughter, all of which were no bother at all. A little out of town but an adventurous walk through the hiking trail will take you to all the local amenities. Highly recommend. Cant wait to go back.

Fantastic stay. The room was clean and comfortable and well worth the value. The service was top notch too! Jo at the bar and Abi the manager were so attentive and friendly they are great ambassadors to the company and they should be recognised for their great customer service

Decent choice menu Decent pricing Food very good nice and hot.. Service was excellent. Staff very nice Decor very nice... Very cosy. A huge improvement on the pre renovated version .. Remember if you're parked in the car park to validate your parking!

We went for a meal and were impressed with the decor. Food was fine but the service, although friendly was poor. Had to stand around waiting at the bar. The food took too long to arrive and plates weren't cleared quickly when it was clear we had finished. We also ordered pudding but the chef 'lost' it! I will be returning for a pint after a hike. Both times I've been the beer has been good.

A relaxing one night stay, before travelling onto Anglesey. Within touching distance of Swallow Falls, so a nice place to walk over to after breakfast. Room comfortable and clean, all staff welcoming and friendly. Evening meal was ok for the cost, breakfast was good. Plenty of onsite parking which was a real bonus, but if you want to go into the town, it is pay to park and just a little too far for us to walk to. Good location to explore the surrounding forest.

Went for a meal. The food was ok but not great for the price. Ive had better at wetherspoons and a lot cheaper, our food got cold whilst we were on the hunt for cutlery and condiments. No one came to ask if everything was ok with the food. Gammon was tiny, the tartar sauce my partner had with his fish was crunchy onions. I would not return here for food. Expected better for the price they charged.

Had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Excellent value for money. Really peaceful and gorgeous surroundings. Wonderful room. Bed was so comfy. The staff were really attentive and welcoming especially Jo and Paul the manager who made our stay
