Ausgezeichnete Beamte. Hotel mit kleinen, aber angenehme Zimmer. Leider fand ich einen billigen Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber wahrscheinlich nicht richtig detektiert. Auch hatte ich kein Papier im Badezimmer, musste ich bei der Rezeption fragen. Der Frühstück ist voll, der Parkplatz ist ein bisschen eng, wenn er voll ist.

Alles ist gut. Sauber, gutes Essen und hervorragende Service.

Água item essencial caríssima, fora do normal. Travesseiros ruins, cama boa, quarto espaço bom, banheiro pequeno. Café da manhã ótimo! Garagem cortesia e boa. N voltaremos.

Sehr gut. Geschmackvolles Essen, komfortables Bett und die Küche funktioniert 24 Stunden, das hilft genug!!!! sehr ausgebildete und aufmerksamen Beamten. ausgezeichnetes Team! Ich fand nur den Kaffee wiederholt, ich war 6 Tage gehostet und die 6 Tage waren die gleichen Kuchen und die gleichen Dinge, aber lecker.

If you are a foreigner and Hilton Honors member, do not stay in this hotel. This is the second and last time I have stayed at this location. As a Hilton Honors Member, Diamond tier, we expect more from every stay. At this location, we receive less. At check-in, the receptionist does not know about the HH tiers and related benefits. We do not receive any of the perks that are available to Diamond members. The rooms are ridiculously small. The service overall is sufferable. I have been checking over the past few days to see if I received the points related to the stay, but none has been credited to my account. After contacting the hotel, they don't know how to do it and make the same excuse: despite being a Hilton hotel, their system is not integrated into the HH; therefore, there is nothing they can do about the points accrual. I stayed here in the past 18 months and the same problem happened. At some point, I resigned and gave up requesting my points. If you do not receive a service of minimal quality AND cannot accrue points for my HH account, what is the point of staying at this hotel? It is more expensive than others with similar service characteristics and delivers far less quality than others. I keep questioning if this hotel is really part of the Hilton network or just a fraud. There is nothing positive to say about this hotel.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Wir mögen unseren Aufenthalt sehr. freundliche und leistungsfähige Beamte. Einfaches, aber sauberes Zimmer mit guter Größe. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück in den Tag einbezogen. Ausgezeichnete Lage, in der Nähe von Touristenpunkten, Bars und Restaurants. Kostenloses Manobrist. Ausgezeichnete Kosten/Nutzen.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Belo Horizonte und hat sehr alte Unterkünfte. Die Rezeption ist ein wenig fehlgeschlagen. Das Zimmer, das wir waren, war geräumig, gutes Bett, alte Klimaanlage und laut. Badewanne mit guter Raum und gute Dusche, aber das Wasser passierte unter der Tür und überschwemmte das Badezimmer. Frühstück ist tertiär und vernünftig.
