Wir waren mit drei Pärchen für eine Woche im Borgo Conde. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, eingebettet in die Weinberge der Emilia Romagna ein paar Kilometer außerhalb von Forli. Das Frühstück war super, allerdings gab es Corona bedingt zeitweise etwas Wartezeit, da Selbstbedienung am Buffet nicht erlaubt war. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und mit einem bequemen Doppelbett ausgestattet. Das Bad war ebenfalls recht große, wobei die Dusche ruhig etwas größer sein dürfte. Im Restaurant waren meine Frau und ich nicht, unsere Freunde waren einmal dort und waren nicht sehr begeistert, weil nur sehr wenig Auswahl auf der Karte war und die Zubereitung eher langweilig und lieblos war. Wegen mangelnder Touristen war nur 1 von 3 Restaurants geöffnet während wir dort waren. Das Personal war vom Zimmermädchen bis zum Manager ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man außerhalb des Hotels Essen gehen möchte gibt es ein paar gute Empfehlungen, allerdings 3 - 10 Autokilometer entfernt. Ein Taxi zum nächsten Restaurant, knapp 3 km entfernt kostete ca. 30€ pro Strecke!!! If I'm ever in Forli, I will definitely stay here. A good place to visit the city. Near the train station (15 minutes walk), from which you can go on a trip to Bologna or Rimini, for example. Very nice and helpful staff! Room clean and sufficient.

We are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good . Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it . Never happened in this 4 star hotel . The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room . We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.
