Ich möchte alle über die Erfahrungen auf dem Comfort Suites Hotel in Longmont/Firestone informieren. Ich habe 2 Zimmer für 3 Nächte gebucht. Meine Preise waren $89 und $99 pro Nacht. Die Gesamtreservierung betrug $845 und Änderung. Als wir uns eincheckten, wurden die Zimmer zu einem viel höheren Preis gezahlt. Der Aufzug wurde gebrochen und unsere Zimmer waren im dritten Stock. Ich bin behindert und kann nicht auf den Treppen steigen. Der Warmwassertube wurde gebrochen. Die Gäste Waschmaschine wurden gebrochen. Comfort Suites überlastete meine Karte, hinterließ mein Check-Konto $600 überschritten. Zwischen den gezahlten und den noch ausstehenden Gebühren, $2130, was mehr als ich auf meinem Konto hatte, war mir nicht verfügbar. Selbst nach dem Abschied vor mehr als 24 Stunden, voll bezahlt, sind die Halten noch auf meinem Konto. Ich habe mit dem Generaldirektor Paul die Fragen erörtert, der sich weigerte zu hören, unterbrochen JEDE Sätze, die ich gesprochen habe, verweigerte, die Halte auf meinem Konto zu halten, war grausam und unachtsam. Er tat nichts, um mir zu helfen. Ich habe bei dem Unternehmensbüro eine förmliche Beschwerde eingelegt. Sie rufen Paul an und bat ihn, das Geld für die Zimmer zurückzuzahlen. Er verweigerte. Das Personal an der Rezeption fragt mich, ob ich hier parken möchte. Ich bin gerade von TX hergefahren und habe drei Nächte gebucht, wo würde ich sonst parken“. Also musste ich für das Parken bezahlen. Das ist inakzeptabel! Dann wurde mir gesagt, ich solle die Bettwäsche und das Handtuch herausziehen und außerhalb des Zimmers platzieren. Und den Müll vor dem Zimmer raus. Vielleicht möchten Sie den Leuten einen normalen Müllsack geben, um den Müll zu halten. Ich musste einen von einem Familienmitglied bekommen. Sonst wäre Müll auf dem Boden gewesen. Wenn ich Bettwäsche ziehe und Müll entleere, möchte ich bezahlt werden. Dies ist mein Urlaub, kein Arbeitsurlaub. Sie haben ein schönes Hotel, aber das funktioniert bei mir nicht.

Wenn ich 0 Sternen geben könnte, würde ich. Unsere Familie wohnt im ganzen Jahr oft, weil wir gerne reisen und das war die schlimmste Erfahrung, die wir je hatten. Das Hotel selbst ist nett, aber die Anlage wird sehr schlecht verwaltet. Wir blieben 4 Tage lang und nach dem Auschecken 4 mysteriöse Gebühren auf unserer Kreditkarte erschienen, insgesamt fast $200. Als ich gefragt, um die Gebühren, die ich unserem Zimmer gesagt wurde, wurde “gewürzt” und die Gebühren waren zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühren. Abgesehen von einigen Krümmen auf dem Teppich war unser Hotel nicht anders als wir es immer verlassen. Ich habe sogar den Geschirrspüler geladen und die Geschirrspüler aus reinigt. Sie behaupteten, sie hätten Fotos des „gewürzten“ Zimmers, so habe ich wiederholt gebeten, die Fotos zu sehen. Nichts. Wir beschlossen, den Regionalmanager des Hotels zu schreiben und erhielten eine E-Mail zurück, in der erklärt wurde, dass sie das falsche Zimmer belastet hatten und es war in der Tat das Zimmer neben der Tür, das abgeschrott war. Er sagte, er würde alle Gebühren zusammen mit einem zusätzlichen $50 für jede Unannehmlichkeit erstatten. Zwei Wochen später haben wir eine weitere $250 Gebühren auf unsere Karte und keine Erstattung. Glücklicherweise haben wir E-Mail-Dokumentation über ihren Fehler, so dass unsere Kreditkartengesellschaft den Fehler korrigieren wird, aber Reisende WAHREN. Bitte bleiben Sie nicht hier.

Dank der freundlichen Mitarbeiter, vor allem Craig und Kristen am Frontdesk. Diese Unterkunft ist die Kleiderschranke, die den Zugang zum Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park bietet. Das Hotel ist etwa 10 Jahre alt, ist aber neu renoviert und alle Zimmer haben neue Möbel, Teppich und Bettwäsche! King size Bettmatrix war super bequem (sehr wichtig für mich, da ich zwei Rückenoperationen und eine Hüftersatz!) Dieser Ort ist extremley gut betreut. Sie haben eine Snackbar, die Sie Snacks und Getränke kaufen können, so müssen Sie nicht das Eigentum verlassen. Das Frühstück mit den erwarteten Artikeln (Bagel, Toast, Waffeln, Jughurt, Muffins, Mini-Donuts) hatte Wochentage Eier geschrotet und Link Sauce und Wochenende hatten Eier/Sausage/Biscuits und graue und französische Toaststicks. Das angrenzende Restaurant verfügt über eine Brauerei und bietet eine ausgezeichnete BBQ.. Von Kansas City kann ich ein echtes BBQ Snob sein, und ihr BBQ ist ausgezeichnet (Freitag Nacht mit rauchendem Prime Rib!!!) Dies ist eine tolle Eigenschaft, ignorieren Sie die negativen Bewertungen hinterlassen von den Karens des Internets!!! Wettbewerber Preis, sauber und komfortabel! Zimmer, die sich im Westen befinden, haben einen großen Blick auf den Frontbereich des Rocky Mountain Ranges.
