**Disappointing Stay at Relax Hotel Airport Nouasseur** My recent experience at Relax Hotel Airport Nouasseur was thoroughly disappointing and fell far short of expectations. From the moment of arrival, the lack of professionalism was evident. The check-in process was slow and disorganized, with staff showing little regard for guest comfort or efficiency. Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that cleanliness was not a priority. The linens looked worn and the bathroom was in dire need of a thorough cleaning. There was a pervasive musty smell throughout the room, suggesting poor ventilation or upkeep. Throughout the night, noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was incessant, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. It seemed that the walls were paper-thin, allowing every sound to penetrate into the room. The advertised amenities were either non-functional or unavailable. The Wi-Fi was unreliable at best, and the promised room service was not operational during my entire stay. Additionally, basic toiletries were either missing or of substandard quality. The breakfast provided was a major letdown. The selection was limited and the food quality was poor. It was evident that the items had been sitting out for a while, as they were stale and unappetizing. Overall, my experience at Relax Hotel Airport Nouasseur was extremely disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, noise disturbances, and overall disregard for guest comfort made for a truly unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing or comfortable accommodation near the airport.

Good place for stay if u have a early flight !

Check-in was a nightmare. First they couldn't find my booking so sent me to the sister hotel saying I must be booked there. I wasn't but at least that chap was helpful, found the booking and accompanied me back to the first hotel where he explained to the first recptionist how to do his job. A rather disgruntled fellow finally issued my key but need to charge me local tax. Didn't want to take local money - had no change, and tried to make me use a card for a couple of £ , hence incurring charges, exchange rate discrepancies etc. In the end I lost my cool and just started to walk away - they suddenly found change! But the hotel itself was clean, comfortable and quiet, much better than the Odomo I used last time. Shuttle bus every half hour compared to the every hour at the other place. I will use it again.

It's a nice, comfortable, well maintained hotel close to Casablanca Airport. They have a shuttle every 30 min. to and from the airport, which is a helper. Room is silent and comfortable, amenities are enough
